Located on private cul-de-sac it also has bikes, gas barbecue grill, ping pong table and lovely aspens and green lawn in front and back.

A home perfect for family reunions! Accommodates grandparents plus a family of four in a setting that offers many activities for a broad age range! An April visit enabled us to horseback ride, hike, and ski. Number two Ranier Place is beautifully appointed, has fresh inviting colors and lovely architectural accents. The new kitchen area opens into a bright eating and living area. Children can retreat to a "family room" on the lower level for games and TV/DVD viewing. Outdoor porches extend the living area, and a hot tub welcomes relaxation after a day's outing!
