There are 2 good supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the property. Easy access to University of Queensland, South Bank, museums and shopping...

Why the Owner Chose Brisbane
Having lived in the area for many years, we knew how convenient the location was, well provided with schools, hospitals, shops and multiple transport options. The construction of a new bridge to the University of Queensland nearby also opened up another range of lifestyle options. The lovely views coupled with privacy yet proximity to the CBD made it an opportunity not to be missed, and perfect now as a vacation rental.

We purchased this property in 2001 with a future view to downsizing and living there ourselves once our children left home. It was so perfect for our needs with its large garden yet having all the conveniences of apartment living at the same time. The renovations were done with our future needs in mind and we are constantly improving the property to this end.
