Photo 1 - Litchfield Beach Vacation Rental Gated Litchfield by the Sea. Any season in the Pawleys' Island Litchfield Beach community is great. The weather is fantastic year round. Attractions include the world class Brookgreen Gardens which houses some of the finest American sculpture in its outdoor gardens, Hobcaw Barony which is the queen of state parks in South Carolina, and award winning restaurants from fine dining to casual seafood. Just a short stroll down the beach is the Litchfield Inn which is the only restaurant that can claim an ocean front while you dine. Austin's restaurant has leased this space and both bar and restaurant are in walking distance on the beach from the condo. Beautiful golf courses are just down the road. The tennis courts and pool are just out the front door. Exit through the sliding doors of the living room to a full-sized deck complete with outdoor table, chairs and two loungers to enjoy a sweeping view of the lake with jumping fish and herons. It is a short 3 to 4 minute walk the the beach and Myrtle Beach with all its attractions is located less than 20 miles to the north. You will enjoy without charge all the amenities of the resort which include a recently built water park with a meandering lazy river with water related structures for fun as well as the health club which includes an indoor pool. Ocean access is directly in front of the unit. Starbucks is located in the registration lobby. Fishing is available on the lake as well as bicycle and walking trails and deep sea fishing boats for hire are in close proximity. The main level has 2 twin beds with an adjoining full bath. The master is upstairs and has a queen-sized bed and a private bath and walk-in closet. Dining room table comfortably seats six. We have additional photos which we will be happy to send on request. This condo overlooks the lake at Heron Marsh. This 2 bedroom townhouse features 3 TV’s, VCR/DVD, stereo & ceiling fans. Sun deck with comfortable furniture & swing off living room. Open shower under condo and covered parking. The beach is a short 3 minute walk across the street. Tennis courts and pool just out the front door and Heron Marsh Lake off the back balcony. This condo is fully furnished with a full kitchen, all appliances, stemware, and flatware.
