You can enjoy the finest view in San Diego, and look to where the Ocean meets the Bay. This condominium, within a three minute walk to the ocean and the bay, is located at the southern tip of Mission Boulevard. It boasts breathtaking views of both the famous Mission Bay channel and the Pacific Ocean from the living area, balcony and outdoor dining area. There is a large patio right below the condo with a Jacuzzi, barbecue grills, and lounge chairs where you can sit and watch the yachts and sailboats go by on the channel. A sauna is located in the lower level.
You can get out and have some fun? Mission Beach is the place to be. The ocean boardwalk and beaches are a few steps from your door. Famous Belmont Park Roller Coaster is just up the street.
You can cycle on the bikes provided, walk, or roller blade for miles in either direction. Like to surf? Take your board out to the ocean or go for a swim in the waters of Mission Bay with its beautiful sandy beaches.
A short drive takes you to the numerous museums of Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo. A short walk will take you to picnic, recreation area and the children's playground. The beach provides an area for volleyball, basketball, children's playground, picnics and fire pits for outside night entertaining. Sea World is just 10 minutes away. Enjoy orcas, seals and dolphins and the fireworks at night. If you are in the mood for a casino, there are four large ones within one hour from the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
We bought the condo as a second home. Due to the economic downturn, we decided to make it available for rent. We share the good and the bad of the current times, but we always consider the clients who want to share our second home first. For this reason, we want our tenants to provide us with feed-back on how we might make their visits to San Diego more enjoyable.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Naturally, we enjoy being near the beach. We swim in the ocean and fish from the jetty or in the surf. It is so enjoyable to host friends for a BBQ, use the spa and sauna and to sit on the balcony, drink a cool refreasing glass of beer or wine and watch the boats pass by in the channel or watch the sunset.

Our names are George and Vera Bye. We live in El Cajon, CA, a community about 20 miles east of Mission Beach. I am an attorney and Vera is a health care provider to the elderly and infirm. I have been an attorney for over 35 years. Vera is from Russia. She immigrated to America in 2006 so we could marry and live happily ever after. I have two children and four grandchildren. Vera has two children and one grandchild. Our hobbies include gardening, travel, rock hunting (mining and collecting) and antique vehicle restoration. Vera is an artist in several firlds, painting, lace making and rock sculpture.
