Two bedrooms sleeps four with a king in the master and a queen in the guest room. If you know the models of Sun City Grand this is the most popular "Palo Verde" model. The master bedroom is across the home from the guest room.
The den has high speed internet for those who need to stay connected, along with the second TV. Spending time outdoors is a joy on the 20 foot by 30 foot patio.
