Lakeshore is a cozy lakefront home nestled in a large quiet cove on
the Seneca River portion of Lake Hartwell toward Clemson.
The home is located off Highway 24; 1.3 miles off exit 11 on I-85. Two miles from Portman Marina, 5 miles from Anderson, SC and 12 miles from Clemson University. This 1,700 sq. ft home has been recently updated with new furnishings and has 3 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths and the following features: Main floor features a great room, 3 ceiling fans, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The great room has a 32" flat screen TV, DVD, and stereo, a fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The queen sleeper sofa is located in the greatroom.
The main level features a 8 X 24 foot deck overlooking the lake
complete with patio seating. Additionally there is a 16 X 16 screened in porch complete with seating and a wonderful cross breeze on summer evenings. The outdoor patio
area has additional seating for entertaining your family and guests.
Lower level: Below Deck is a wonderful get-a-way for the kids. The bedroom area features a full size bed, with a hide away cot. There is an additional TV/DVD/VCR in this area for movie viewing and video gaming. Bring your system and plug in. A full bath complements
the lower level.
Lakeshore has all the comforts of home with the lake just steps away. The home has ample parking for your family and friends. The sidewalk leads you gently to the 24x28 covered dock below where you can sun, jump in for a quick swim, or take off in your boat.

We really enjoyed your home. Everyone had a great time. It is very close to the interstate and shopping. The location on the lake was perfect. With a large boat dock and deep water great for swimimng and boating. The house is very nice with with a large yard and plenty of room to entertain friends. Wonderful view of the the lake from the house and ashore. Screened porch and patio where also very nice in the evenings. Nice level lot. I would difinaltey rent this home again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
