  Martha was the best hostess. The internet was not working at first; however, she addressed to the issue and fixed it right away. The place was close to Lincoln Road and less than 10mins walk to the beach. The location was excellent. I will definitely rent away from Martha. Thank you for the wonderful place.

  A friend and I came to South Beach for a mini vacation. We stayed at this property that is located in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to Lincoln Road for shopping and for food. We also were a very short walk to the beach. We never felt like we needed a car, and cabs were very accessible. The apartment was clean and Martha was extremely helpful! The walls are very thin, so be prepared to hear EVERYTHING around you. A neighbor was coughing at one point and it sounded as if he was in the apt with us. I would absolutely recommend this property, and if I came to South Beach in the future I would stay here again.

  On rather short notice, I was able to arrange a stay at this apartment on Pennsylvania Ave at 16th Street in Miami Beach (South Beach). Martha was very organized and accomodating in arranging the stay, that I chose to pay for in full and in advance. Martha actually left her work early to meet me at the apartment. Wonderful lady. Location: Cant be beat. 2 blocks to Lincoln Road Mall (pedestrian mall with oodles of stores and restaurants). About 4 blocks to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood but close to all the action. Building: A bit shabby in the hallways but overall, no worries. Somewhat concerned with building security as the front entrance door isn't always secured, and often left unlocked by other residents. Appartnetly the buzzer system dosen't work. Common area in the building includes washer and dryer. Apartment interior: Clean and well appointed with kitchen appliances - fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, all utensils included. (No dishwasher) Large combined livingroom/dining room. Large screen TV, but disappointed unable to get some news channels like CNN, MSNBC, Fox News. Disappointed in the inconsistent internet connection (MiFi signal seemed to be weak in the apartment) - perhaps a hard wired system would provide better service. Bathroom - adequate and clean (but noticed a few small ants around the sink) Martha indicated that she will look into this. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bedroom - exellent queen size bed - night table - no major noise issue - large closet Ceiling fans and reliable air conditioning throughout unit. Overall, a great value unless you are nitpicky. Would return and/or refer friends.

  great location and well appointed inside for an affordable apartment ........ the problem is the building; it is very, very noisy and the walls are very thin ..... the bedroom is opposite of the other apartments livingroom ......... many young people love to party and stay up all night with no disregard for others .....we lost many nights of sleep ....... the owner is nice but was unable to stop the neighbors all night noise ......... parking is on the street and can be very challenging to get close spots anytime of day ...... the apartment also had a very strong moldy/ musty smell ..... building is older and not well kept up.....you truly get what you pay for in south beach!!!

  We stayed here back in March and enjoyed every minute of it. The place is within walking distance to everything in South Beach if you're willing to. Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, and the beach are all within a few blocks. The apartment if furnished well with everything you would need for a fantastic vacation. Forget the noisy hotels, stay here if you want to be close to everything yet still be able to sleep. I can't wait to return!

  This was an awesome condo. Not only was the location great but Albon & Martha are the greatest!! Myself, my son and daughter stayed a week and we felt so at home. Albon & Martha made us feel welcomed from day one!!! Thank you both for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!! We will definitely be back! I definitely recommend this condo for staying while in SB.

  Myself and two friends recently stayed at this apartment and we loved it! It is in a perfect, safe location walking distance to everything and all the amenities in the apartment were great. Abdon welcomed us at the apartment and even showed us around South Beach in his car before leaving us for our 4 nights. He then drove us to the airport at the end of the vacation which was definitely appreciated. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in an awesome place in South Beach!

  Martha is a sweet woman. She picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The place is in a great location just a couple blocks from everything. The apartment is super clean and has everything you need to feel like your at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You Martha.

  This is a wonderful apartment. COMFORTABLE and stylish furnishings. Great little kitchen and two blocks to a grocery store. Wonderful quiet retreat from boisterous Collins and Ocean Drives, but you are very close. Martha is exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with.
