Terrasol Beach Condominiums are located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula within walking distance of Lands End and Lovers Beach and easy walking distance to Downtown and Marina.The beach is anchored by the scenic rocks of Lands End and Pedrigal at the other end keeping it private and secluded.
Terrasol Beach is private, very quiet and peaceful, no vendors, with wonderful whale watching and fishing directly off beach. Our patio is surrounded by bougainvillea and hibiscus and within four minutes walk off our patio your feet are in the ocean! World-class fishing, golfing, snorkeling, and diving are minutes away. One of the very few privately owned condominium properties on the ocean.
Our kitchen has been recently renovated with new cupboards, granite counters, new over-the-stove microwave, new sink and faucets, new s/s double fridge with ice/water, under the cupboards lighting. The sofas and chairs have also been recovered. New rugs have been placed in both bedrooms. Also new lamps. The condo is in excellent condition.
Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Parking on property - very close to condo.

Why the Owner Chose Terrasol Resort
My husband and I bought our condo in 1994. I had been raised on the coast in Wales and wanted desperately to have a second home on the ocean. We looked up and down the west coast of Canada and the US and found that in most places it was just not warm enough in Feb/March so ventured further south down to the Baja where Ed's daughter lived. We chose Terrasol in Cabo San Lucas, not only because the weather was beautiful in those months of the year when we wanted to get out of Calgary, Alberta, but because it was the only privately owned condominium complex in the area that is built right on the sand. The beach is private with no vendors and absolutely beautiful and the complex is secure and peaceful. To add to that, the centre of Cabo San Lucas is within very easy walking distance. Our condo has become our home away from home during some of Canada's winter months. The whales, on their migration south and on their return home in the Spring, pass right by our beach and often are within 100 yards of the shore breaching and sky-hopping. It's close to paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Apart from the fact that we have family in Cabo San Lucas, we feel that Cabo San Lucas is a safe environment to live. The Mexican people are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Our property is gated and we sleep with our screen door open at night without any concerns. At night the property is well patrolled. Terrasol has time-share properties on either side of it so our situation is totally unique in that all the condos are privately owned. I have walked the beach on many occasions when there are no more than 5 or 6 people on it. Ofcourse, if a whale comes close to the beach and starts performing then it gets a bit busier but of an afternoon I will take my chair to the water's edge and there will be hardly anyone around to disturb my peace. And if we want more action or to go out to a nice restaurant, of which there are many in Cabo, then we can walk into town very easily. In fact I walk from our condo every morning to the far side of town and back enjoying the activity on the marina.

Ed and I are both retired and have the time to be able to spend part of the Canadian winters out of the country. Ed's daughter and son-in-law live in Cabo San Lucas which means we are not only visiting family but have family to look after our condo while we are away. Both of us take pride in our home away from home and keep it well maintained and up to date.

This was our first time in Cabo. My husband and I stayed with our married friends and it was perfect for the 4 of us; we each had a king bed and own bathroom. The condo was more than we expected. Nicely furnished and had all the cookware needed to cook a good meal in. The Terra Sol Complex was wonderful, the pools were a little cold, but that didn't stop us from enjoying them. We loved that the beach was private - no guys trying to sell you stuff. The bar down by the main pool was excellent, great food, great drinks, and great service all for a great price; we ate lunch there almost everyday. We also liked how close it was to the Marina. There were lots of great places to eat, Solomon's Landing was a little pricey, but worth it. We definitely will come back and stay here!!! Thanks to the McMillan's for a wonderful place to stay. This was one of our best vacations!!!

Our family of 4 adults and one toddler stayed @ this beautiful condo. The owners couldn't have been more helful with information about the condo, places to go, things to do and places to eat. The condo was exactly as described, newly renovated, a perfect layout for 4 adults and a child; each bedroom has it's own private bath. This condo was spotlessly clean and tidy as were the amazingly cared for grounds. The onsite palapas bar was convenient if you did't want to go out. I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely condo.

My wife and 2 kids (17 and 14years) stayed at this property in Terrasol during the 2nd week of Oct. 2010. This condo is neat, spotlessly clean and completely well maintained.Every appliance worked and the condo is completely outfitted with kitchen and dinning utensils/place settings, beach towels. Loved the wireless included to access the internet and cable. The location of the condo at Terrasol is supurb, beaches, short walk to town, restuarants, water taxis, grocery shops...is all just minutes away. The weather was perfect, 7 full days of blue skies and the ocean temps were in the mid-20's. The wonderful cabanna at the Terrasol beach provided incredible delicious pool side breakfast and lunch, served by a friendly staff, with always a welcome smile. The owner of property was so easy to work with. Any questions were answered and all info was forthcoming. We will be back again and have already recommended the condo to friends!

The condo was awesome, comfortable and clean with lots of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Mario at the pool bar was a super host serving great burgers, salads and breakfast. The beach was great for walking along and the waves were amazing to watch. Our favorite restaurant was 'Maro's Shrimp House' two blocks off the marina. Wal-Mart and Costco are easy places to get to via the local bus ($1). We had a great time and are looking forward to going back to Cabo. Thanks again Cilla & Ed for sharing your home in paradise with us.

We stayed in Condo number VRBO13245 last December, 2009, from the 4th-18th. We were so pleased with EVERYTHING. The rooms are spacious, the decor so beautiful and lovely flowers on the patio. How peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen is just perfect ( I love to cook) The whole condo is so well equipped... it felt like home. Thanks to Cilla and Ed for your advice on places to go ...We loved the ocean beaches and we swam daily in the pool.. and made our way around town to all the great restaurants.The pallapa bar (Terrasol) had great food and drinks at a reasonable price. The snorkle trip was such fun! So much to do and see.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definately be returning to Terrasol and this condo. Our vacation was everything we could have wished for.
