Tidewater is your beach getaway! The awesome view from this fourth floor balcony is of the sugar sand beach, the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the boats going out Perdido Pass. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and a large outdoor pool to enjoy. Every day brings different shells, shore birds, and the dolphins to observe.
Tidewater is located in Orange Beach east of the Island House Hotel and is across the beach road from Zeke's Marina, home to many charter fishing boats and several restaurants. It is 1 mile west of the Perdido Pass and 1 mile east of intersection of Hwy 161 and Perdido Beach Blvd. It is a 12 story poured concrete condominium built in year 1999. It is well maintained and has desirable amenities such as indoor pool & spa as well as large outdoor pool. Just come and relax and renew your spirit!

This condo was perfect for me and my husband! The view from the balcony was spectacular and the unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a nice size. We would definitely stay there again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed here this past summer for a birthday getaway and the condo was wonderful. Great view of the beach and very clean and accommodating. Also in a great location, in the center of Orange Beach without a long drive to places to eat or any other attractions. We loved it and the owner was great and very pleasant to deal with. Was gonna try to book for our mid December getaway but sadly it was booked up, so needless to say we will be back it was great!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Thank you Carolyn for the rental of your condo!! We were very comfortable with how clean your condo was & had everything we needed to cook all our meals during our week long vacation. In addition to the beautiful beach, our boys, ages 6 & 7 enjoyed spending time in the indoor & outdoor pools! My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony admiring the amazing view of the ocean. We all enjoyed our time there and plan to be back next year!
Owner response:The view from Tidewater 406 of the Gulf waters and the white sandy beach is fabulous! Even yesterday, 6/8/2010 the beach & Gulf waters were beautiful! Many people were swimming and enjoying the beach!! Regardless of what may happen, there will be plenty of white sandy beach to walk on , if not by waters edge, and a huge swimming pool and the indoor pool & spa. The beach can be cleaned up quickly if oil does ever come. The City of Orange Beach gets it cleaned after hurricanes too. It will always be the wonderful place to vacation. Carolyn

This unit was wonderful. It is centered in the building with great views of the ocean and the pool. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with every thing you need to cook complete meals so you don't bust your budget eating out all the time. The beach is huge calm and clean. There are places to eat and convience stores right across the street. The large chain grocery stores are within a mile.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Absolutely beautiful location, awesome view from the room, clean, clean, clean. The condo was beautiful and the resort was also beautiful. Everything was sparkling. Each day we went to the pool or on the elevator...whatever, they were always cleaning and everything smelled so clean. We couldn't find a single thing wrong with any thing there. The grills were in a great place and picnic area. beautiful huge pool and the indoor pool was also awesome. We will be going back!!
