Our unique condo has been totally renovated with ceramic tile completely throughout, including the lanai, with updated kitchen appliances and cabinets with a Corian countertop - everything you need to live the sunny Florida Gulf Coast lifestyle!

Enjoy our fully furnished, two bedroom, two full bath, first floor (no stairs to climb) end unit in a quiet and beautifully landscaped complex. Park in your stall just 15 steps from your front door. You're away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises, but within a very short drive, or a pleasant walk, of many dining establishments and within minutes of the beaches.

The bright and airy kitchen comes completely equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and ice-making refrigerator/freezer. The separate dining area is open by way of the kitchen counter. The master bedroom and guest bedroom each have queen beds and TVs with cable hookup. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with High Definition LCD TVs while DVD players add to the enjoyment in both the living room and second bedroom.

We boast two amazing pools, one which overlooks the bay, and two tennis courts, all surrounded by beautiful foliage. And our spacious dock is ideal for sitting under an umbrella table with your favorite refreshment, relaxing as you enjoy sunsets over the gulf.

The condo is immediately across the street from the dining and shops of the Esplanade and its picturesque marina. You can try your luck fishing from our dock or conveniently park your boat at one of the available slips. If it appeals to you to venture off the island for a day trip, you’re only 20 minutes from the outlet shopping, golfing, and dining options in nearby Naples, all this knowing you’ll have just a short drive back over the bridge to "laid back" Marco Island.

Of course your visit to Marco Island would never be complete if you didn’t do some shelling on our phenomenal white sand beaches. Take a charter boat ride for dining, enjoying the sunset over the water, off-island shelling, or a Gulf fishing adventure. The possibilities to enjoy oneself here are truly countless, ranging from a long walk on the beach, dining on your catch of the day, a quiet evening on Smokehouse Bay, or kicking up your heels on the dance floor.     • We stayed for a month in April 2009 and had the greatest time! The location is superb with nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a short drive to Residents' Beach. Parking space right outside the door made it convenient to stay with a small kid (2 yr). Great communication with Beth and Mark before, during and after the stay. Staying here made our holiday!

    • We stayed at this accomodation at the end of November 08, and had a fantatstic time. The apartment was spotlessley clean, in a great location (you didn't have to get in the car all of the time), and had some excellent restauarants close by. The cable TV also had premiership footabll live, which was a bonus. The people, weather and accomodation was fantastci and we will definetly look to revisit

    • We rented Mark & Beth's condo over Christmas vacation. The condo was very warm and welcoming and only a stone's throw away from the pool. Smokehouse Bay is a great community and the owners are extremely friendly. Marco Island is one of our favorite vacation destinations because of its beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Mark & Beth were great to work with and we're looking forward to Christmas 2009!

    • We just completed a wonderful month in Marco Island at Beth and Mark Culotta's two bedroom condo. The place was roomy, light and cozy. We enjoyed playing tennis which was just a few steps away from the front door as well as swimming in the wonderfully warm water in the near by pool. There was also an ideal place for watching the sunset across the street on the promanade that fronted the intercoastal. We actually saw two dolphins frolicking in the late afternoon light. The condo was very close to my parents place, as well as muliple stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed meeting the very friendly neighbors. We were very glad to have stayed in this very comfortable place and look forward to returning next year. Thanks Mark and Beth for making our stay so pleasant.
