All front views onto leafy boulevard and back views (all bedrooms) onto large private garden (no access). Apartment occupies full first floor (one floor up from ground floor) of the building. Easy access to the coast and the mountains, ideal for short or long stays in all seasons of the year.

What a joyous 3 weeks discovering Aix from the "home base" of this truly regal apartment. The rare combination of elegance and warmth, the serenity of the window views, and spectacular decor - such a beckoning welcome! The close proximity and local charm of shops, services and cultural venues were all within an easy walking distance. The owner, as well as his housekeeper, are pleasantly accessible should the need arise. The only drawback - leaving!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The listing description and photos are accurate and the owner was especially helpful and easily accessible. The apartment is beautiful - large, light and equipped with everything you'll need. The location is perfect for enjoying the city and for traveling around the area. Aix is a beautiful, vibrant city with a unique culture of its own. I would highly recommend this property!
