Why the Owner Chose Harbor Island
We have a friend who owns property in the area. Once we visited Harbor Island for the very first time, we fell in love with the noncommercial, natural atmosphere that Harbor Island offers. We are also very fond of the lowcountry area and of the rich history that Beaufort beholds.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Peace, quiet and tranquility! The opportunity to observe lowcountry wildlife in its natural habitat and to lounge on uncrowded beaches, pools, and tennis courts. The friendly people, wonderful history, and delightful stores and art galleries as well as the open air cafes in Beaufort are a real treat too!
Our unit is Unit L-105 and is located in Beach House Villas (also known as the "L" Building)

My mother and I purchased our beach property together, and we have offered the property to vacationers since we purchased the property. We thoroughly enjoy meeting people from across the country and have formed many, many friendships would not have happened had it not been for our vacation rental property. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to spend some time at Harbor Island. The condo was perfect. It is well maintained and comfortable. We especially liked the screened in porch. One of the highlights of our trip was seeing nine baby Loggerhead Turtles leaving their nest and making their way into the ocean. An unforgetable sight! The worst part of the trip was having to leave. We can't wait to visit again!!! :)
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

This condo has plenty of room and is abundant in comfort. We felt right at home immediately. The view was nice and the beach was a short stroll across the boardwalk. It was a great vacation for our family of 4 and our dog too! We love and recommend this condo!
