Sooooo Relaxing and amazing views!

Super comfy bed, Fresh smelling sheets and towels. Sound of the ocean made me sleep like a baby. Awesome bayfront view of clear water. Took my kayak out and it was AMAZING! Had a fabulous cool breeze when the windows and doors were open. The location was great for people watching and the dogs loved walking the boardwalk and running in the bay before 9am and after 6pm. A couple of blocks in the other direction and you can enjoy the ocean waves! The Sea World Fireworks on the weekend nights were wonderful. You can sit on the deck with your beverage of choice and just relax. Walking distance to a great little store and the pizza brochure left out on the fridge....best pizza I ever had!

We enjoyed the property a great deal. The location is ideal for any type of vacation one might have in mind with plenty of options close by. The balcony view of the bay is fantastic, and the beach is a close walk in the opposite direction. The rooms were spacious and well kept, along with plenty of extras. And Jan provides you with a simple set of directions for checking in and out of the property. Highly recommend this property for anyone's stay in San Diego.

This condo in Mission Beach is by far the best yet. The views are absolutely amazing, sitting out on the balcony and taking in the sights, sounds and warm air is so relaxing. The layout is spacious and comfortable, it is nicely decorated making you feel at home at the beach. Everything was sparkly clean and the linens smelled fresh and airy. The owner is so nice and very professional. She made sure that we got in, and settled and even called later to follow up and give us some good info of where to go and what to do. Our family had such a great time, the kids didn’t want to leave. This is now going to be “our spot” in San Diego! Thank you so much, we’ll be back soon!

The place was very dirty, Very old stained carpet. Drapes filthy. Owner said someone would meet us at 3:00pm. After many phone calls we FINALLY got in with the help of other guests at 4:00pm. I would NEVER recommend this property to any friend or stranger! Pictures did not accurately display the condtion of the unit!

Owner response:This is the response to the review by"Belle". Mr. and Mrs. "Belle" contracted to rent the condo less than a day prior to occupancy. He was paying by check vs. credit card so the check needed to be collected. I told him if the cleaning crew was still there when he arrived to give them the check and they would bring it to me, otherwise I would pick it up over the weekend. He said: At no time did I state that I was meeting him to let him in. When he arrived, he rang the "door bell" in the front of the building for my unit. When no one answered, he called me to tell me he was there. I said great and gave him detailed instructions how to enter the security building, including security codes and how to locate the lock box, along with that combo. I asked if he had pen and paper. Mrs.Belle had pen and paper in her purse and she wrote it down.They successfully entered the building while we were still on the phone. Part of my instruction was which stairwell to enter to find the lock box. I got several calls that went call / hang up / call / hang / call / hang up. I called back. They were upset they could not find the lock box. I repeated my instructions. They found the lock box. Feeling secure that they were in, I was away from my phone for about half an hour. When I returned, there were another battery of calls with no message. When I called them back, they informed me that they had left and were going home (10 miles) and what a dump my place was. I have had many many families travel long distances to use my condo year after year. My cleaning crew is very conscientious and reliable. My carpet is not old nor dirty & this unit was freshly painted top to bottom 2 wks ago. When I inspected the property today, I found that while they were there, they rearranged the furniture in the living room. Why? In nine years of renting out this property, I have had one complaint from folks that didn't even stay there. This condo shows "in person" far better than in the photos. I am sorry Mr. and Mrs. Belle were not pleased but I have learned that some people aren't happy about anything and I guess it was my turn. Thank you.
