You'll enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and walkS on one of the top rated beaches in the US with white sand and emerald green waters. Emerald Beach Resort is one of the newest and most premier beach resorts located in the heart of Panama City Beach. It is centrally located and convenient to all activities, restaurants and entertainment. It is approximately 1 mile to the new Pier Park, the Grand Theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants, with more planned.
This complex has a Sky Lounge sports bar that features eight flat screen TV's on the wide sky bridge. The views are awesome on East and West Front Beach Rd. The Tiki Bar at the heated pool and hot tub is open. There is a special pool on the parking side that has zero entrance and mushroom sprinklers for the kiddies. Starbucks is open onsite The lobby is beautifully decorated with an escalator leading to the Sky Lounge.
This 10th floor condo features comfortable seating in the professionally decorated living room with a recliner, green microfiber sofa bed by Braxton Culler with above average mattress, and two side chairs. The floor is tiled from the entrance to the balcony. The master bedroom features carpet, a king sized bed and side chair for reading. (See guests comments on the comfortable master bed) It also has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is well stocked for gourmet cooking or just hanging out. It has granite counter tops, upscale GE appliances and side by side refrigerator. Also, there is a very long bar for eating or a pub table inside and one outside for enjoying the beautiful views while dining.

We love beach property. Go often as possible, allow other folks to go when we can't.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Beach
Panama City Beach has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is within 1 days driving for several states around. We have been coming to PC Bch for many, many years. Our resort is within 1 mile of beautiful Pier park and all of its great places to eat and shop. The fishing is great here also. We have a new international airport only a few minutes away. There are lots of fun things to do here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the morning walks on the peaceful beach. We also love the Starbucks Coffey and muffins that are always waiting for us on site.
The valet parking is great after a day of fun!!

Condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Loved how the sliding glass doors opened up so wide. The balcony furniture was awesome. I spend a lot of time on the balcony and loved the lounge chairs. You don't find that very often. Clayton was very nice to deal with. We booked with him on a very short notice and was very pleased. Thank you so much!

Mr. and Mrs. Blackwood we enjoyed staying at your condo. The condo is beautiful, very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The building is luxiourious and we felt like we were at a five star hotel. We absolutely loved everything about it and can't wait to go back next year with our other family members. Our son will be old enough to go next time and we can't wait to get him in the zero entrance pool. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us.
