Unique, rustic mountain cabin on the rapid, fish-stocked Toccoa River with a game room area in the basement level. Gorgeous mountain views and a serene porch overlooking the river. Path to a great fishing spot just below porches and visible from the porches. Views of the river from every room and wonderful gurgling sounds of the river audible from all bedrooms.
The tin roof provides an awesome experience in rainy or snowy weather. Great close by hiking trails along the Appalachian Trail and numerous waterfalls in the area. A great place to just relax and rock on the porches after a day of touring the antique shops in the neighboring towns and Blue Ridge or a train ride through the mountains to and from Tennessee. All this with the modern conveniences of home-satellite TV as well as DVD, VCR and CD player. A place you never want to leave behind and will want to plan a return trip to our little piece of heaven!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$110/night (2 people) .. $550/week ($8/extra guests over 2) .. $1600/month. Security deposit of $100, fully refundable provided no damages. GA taxes added to all rentals. 50% deposit of total fee required to reserve with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning fees included. Firewood fee of $10/weekend or $25/week. Two night minimum--three night minimum for holidays.

Cabin was clean, comfortable and so charming! It's a beautiful shaded lot and we loved spending time on the porch, overlooking the river. Our kids loved playing in the river, walking along the trails, and visiting with the horses & cows nearby. Can't wait to go back!

Simply put this is a great cabin to enjoy the Georgia Mountains. The cabin is a stone throw away from the Toccoa River, which you can listen to as you sleep. Peace and Serenity! The cabin was clean and well stocked with plenty of room for all guests. If you are thinking of heading up to the mountains this is the cabin for you. The photos accurately reflect the cabin and I would recommend this cabin to a friend or family member.

My family and friends have stayed in the priest cabin many times over the years...It has always been a pleasure to stay in this cabin..perhaps the negative review people would probaly not have been satisfied any place...shame on you....

NO AC! Be careful owner did not tell us they dont have air condtioning. We paid three nights stayed only two. House was 81 degrees the second night. Road was rough our vehicle drug bottom several times getting in and out of the property. Did not return our deposit, Made several calls regarding the deposit none returned. We had to stop payment on deposit check to prevent it from being cashed. They held the deposit for 5 weeks with no contact. We will be much more carefull using VRBO again as this was a terrible experience for us! The good was the creek was beautifull the house was attractive and stocked nicely, It would have been a much better experience had we had AC.
