Bavarian Style House with big back yard, garage & detached game room above - Leavenworth, Washington Vacation Home This house is a lot of fun! Relax and get away from it all at this clean, comfortable, and roomy vacation house. It is located in the Fish Lake/Lake Wenatchee Rec. area off of Hwy. 2/Hwy. 207 between Stevens pass and the town of Leavenworth. This place is FULLY equipped for a great time; Just bring the groceries and you are set! Bonus...parents and couples can enjoy the beautiful & private "Master Suite Getaway," which is slightly detached from the rest of the house and has its own bathroom facilities. There is plenty of fun to be had for the whole group either on-site in the HUGE detached game room (darts, fooseball, ping-pong, poker table w/ chips & cards, tv & DVD player), or around the area of Lake Wenatchee/Fish Lake. Both lakes are only about five to seven minutes from the house. In the summer, you can rent boats, fish, river raft, or just lay in the sun and do nothing at the beach. You can also swim & sunbath at your private-access neighborhood river-bank (about 3 minutes from the house), or at the public pool in Leavenworth. Enjoy the Tiki Torches that line the back deck while grilling dinner on the peaceful grounds. After dinner, don't forget to bring the fixins' for S'mores around the fire-pit! Top it all off by relaxing in the 8 person private hot tub after a day on the slopes or at the lake. (Fire pit area is not typically accessible during winter months and fires may not be allowed during high fire danger times.) Kahler Glen Golf Course is a five minute drive, and the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth is only 20 miles away through the town of Plain if you want to enjoy all of the year round festivals and activities. Don't forget to check out all the wineries surrounding this area... they're everywhere! This place is also a winter wonderland! Snowmobilers, you will love this area! Enjoy the use of our oversized double-car garage/shop to park your snowmobiles, trailers, boats, vehicles, etc. Also, 200 miles of groomed trails right outside the front door. As for the little ones, the yard is an open landscape surrounded by woods, and is perfect for making snowmen or snowball fights! There is a neighborhood sledding hill nearby too. Stevens Pass and Mission Ridge ski resorts are close by, along with several areas for sledding, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing right in the neighborhood. Absolutely NO rowdy groups/partying, bachelor parties, etc.

Holidays .. $185/nt; $1,200/wk (winter holiday from Dec. 15- Jan. 5th)
$10/nt,/person, after the first 2 people; Kids under 10 are free.
$75 cleaning fee; 10% lodging tax; $200 refundable damage deposit.
50% of rental cost due at time of reservation, 25% non-refundable if cancelled;
Must cancel within 30 days of reservation for any refund.
Balance due 30 days prior to check-in; 2% Convenience Fee on credit transactions.
