This lovely, newly constructed home has fantastic views of The Sugar Bowl Ski Area. You can ski-in/out on Donner Ski Ranch or walk to the tram at Sugar Bowl. Truckee is just 13 miles away, or the great town and Lake Donner, just 10 miles.
This is a great year round place to visit. The skiing/snowboarding is fantastic, and you are in the midst of several great ski areas. In the spring and summer, you cannot beat the hiking, rock climbing, and biking opportunities. Both Truckee and Donner offer great dining and shopping.
In the winter, parking is off the street with an exhilarating 50 foot trail climb to the house. In the spring and summer, once the snow melts, it is an easy drive up Donner Ski Ranch to the home. View the ski lift from your private deck with hot tub and sauna. This is a must do vacation spot!!
