Luxurious "Georgian" home with private pool is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Within walking distance to fine restaurants, dancing, boat charters, jet ski rental and the world most beautiful beaches! This fabulous home features three covered decks for gulf viewing and a private pool.
We are located just footsteps to the famous powder white beaches. "The Georgian" is located on the south side of Thomas Dr., no busy streets to cross. The home is safe for families walking to and from the beach. The Georgian is located just one and a half block to St. Andrews State Park. A quarter of a mile to the marina, Capt. Anderson's Restaurant, Schooners, Treasure Ship, Pirate Ship (for kids)and many others. Even enjoy grilling out overlooking the private pool!!
Sleeping Accommodations are as follows:
First Floor Level: 2 twin beds with a full bathroom.
Second Floor Level has Master Bedroom with a King bed
and a 3rd BR with a King Bed.
Third Floor Level is the LOFT with a Queen sleeper sofa.
