  My wife and I plus our 4 college age kids stayed over the Christmas and New Years 2012. The unit was clean and had everything we needed; well stocked pots and pans, plus spices. Beds were very comfortable. We only had to launder the towels once since they had enough. It was nice to have the bunk beds so everyone had their own bed. Also liked the ski locker to store skis. Fridge looked like it was new. It took a day or two to get the furnace setting correct so it wasn't so hot in the loft. Only other issue was the fireplace didn't put out much heat, but at least it added ambience. Condo made me wish we had our own; we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks!

  We stayed at Quiksilver during Keystone's Beerfest. This condo was very clean and well maintained. The were enough actual beds for all of us. We had ten in our group and didn't seem crowded at all. We so enjoyed the deck overlooking the trees and mountains, and of course having a pool helped entertain the little ones. We never ran out of hot water even with 6 of us taking a shower in the same morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the appliances were in great condition. We had plenty of room for playing cards and poker at the big table and yet there was still room for those who just wanted to watch. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks So much!!!!

  I was looking for an affordable place in Keystone for a family vacation so that all 6 of us could have our own beds. This condo had everything and more!!!! I have never stayed in a place with so many items in the kitchen, 2 full baths and entertainment areas. From blow dryers to bath soap to seasonings and even a crock pot or two....games, movies, cards and even a grill and chairs on the porch, this place has it all!!! Almost every time we went to the pool and hot tub we had it to ourselves!!! This condo complex is well maintained and lovely. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking, Lake Dillon, a reasonably priced fitness center with a skate park next door and outlet shopping. This condo is a diamond in the rough. Oh and the beds are fabulous....soft sheets and cozy comforters!!! It is decorated beautifully and it was just what we needed for our family gathering. We would definitely choose this condo again and again...when we have the money for another vacation!!!!! The owner is delightful and very helpful with the renting of the property!!!

  We just returned from our family vacation and we are very glad we chose this property. It is located in a quiet and beautiful location. The pictures capture what you will get in this condo and it worked out perfectly for us. Our girls loved the loft with the extra-big bunk beds and their own bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and we made many of our meals there. We were close to many great activities (horseback riding, snow tubing in the summer, the bungee trampoline, Saphire Point with the chipmunks, bike rentals, and much more). You can get to much busier places within minutes (Breckenridge downtown and the Silverthorne Outlet Mall), yet Keystone was always peaceful and beautiful. The large in-door pool was also a great feature of the property. We loved Dos Locos when we did decide to eat out for one night. The food and the service were great. Overall, we loved this vacation. We have typically gone to Estes Park when enjoying Colorado but this vacation surpassed our expectations. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiry and made booking very easy. We highly recommend this property!

  My family stayed here for my brother-in-law's summer wedding nearby. We travel quite extensively, and we stay at a wide variety of types of places. This one has been one of my favorites. Everything about our stay was excellent except for a hitch with getting into the condo to begin with. Other than that, we absolutely loved the location, the interior, the layout, etc. The property is in a quiet location surrounded by tall pine trees, which we really enjoyed. The interior was immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. The photos on the website don't really convey how spacious the main living area feels. The general location was ideal for us in terms of the activities we participated in during our visit. It would be a convenient place to stay for accessing any of the many activities and towns in the area. We spent part of one day at a festival in Frisco, and getting there was an easy, pretty drive around the back of Dillon Reservoir. Nearby, there are many paved trails for running, cycling, etc., and Keystone Resort is just across Highway 6. The ladies in our family spent one morning at a day spa that's just a few minutes away from the condo. Perfect location! I found the main living space to be very comfortable for us. The master bedroom felt secluded from the rest of the condo, and we were able to enjoy quiet rest time without making our son turn down the TV volume in the living room. We used the grill on the deck for lunch one day, which was really fun, and I was happy to be able to cook full, regular meals in the well-equippped kitchen. Far better than a hotel stay and eating out for every meal! The owners and managers went out of their way to resolve the one problem we had and to make us feel comfortable, which we did. Just around the corner and down the street a short distance, there's a small grocery store where prices might be a tiny bit high, but for us the convenience was worth it. Everything we needed and more! Highly recommended.

  This condo was amazing. We came out for the summer and it was better than we expected. Everything was beautiful and well kept inside the condo. The price was very affordable and the owners kept great communication. Thanks for a great vacation!
