You'll love this beautiful open and spacious townhome located off the south end of historic Main Street. Enjoy a short walk to shops and restaurants or take the free shuttle. At the same time relax in a quiet wooded setting across the street from the Blue River.
The main floor of this 2300 square foot townhome is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day on the mountain. The family room has a 55" HD TV with a leather sectional (with sleeper sofa), fireplace and views of the ski slopes. The family room opens to the kitchen which has an island and a breakfast bar. In this area you will also find the dining room with a table that seats eight. Completing the main floor are 2 decks with a gas grill and private hot tub.
Sleeping arrangements include 2 master suites on the upper floor, both with walk-in closets, private baths and king beds. One master suite includes a jetted tub and fireplace with a balcony that overlooks the ski slopes. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with captains bunks (a double bed on the bottom with a twin on top). You will also find another full bath as well as a washer and dryer and 1 car garage on this level. Every bedroom has its own TV!
Parking includes 1 garage spot as well as 1 additional surface spot.
