We rented the condo on line. We have been in the area before but not in several years. We had a great time! The condo was very roomy, loved how close it was the beach and the pool. Wonderful family setting. We have already booked our staff for 2012. We loved every minute of our trip. The condo was great, staff was wonderful, water & weather were heavenly. Pool was very clean and never over crowded. Can't wait for 2012.

It all starts with the support staff. The property maintenance does a supreme job in keeping the building in tip top shape. The night staff ensures the pool area is perfect for the start of every day. The office manager, and the evening support staff ensure you needs are look after and that the rules are abided by to ensure the enjoyment of all the attendees individually and collectively. While we have stayed at the adjacent buildings - side by side over the years - which we also very good accommodations - it must be said that the Seaview Condos are a step above the rest due to the afore-mentioned including but not limited to the nice balcony on the unit, the BBQ area, the hot tub, and the pool facilities all at the foot of the beach makes this condo the desired place to stay on Madeira Beach - arguably one of the best beaches in the world - and for you shoppers - there is shopping from Macy's to Wal-Mart all within 10 - 15 minutes from the condo and who those who like to eat - there are so many good restaurants - from the national franchise locations to the local establishments - we found a local small restaurant called REEF that had very reasonable fare with drinks and live entertainment, but also visited McDonald's on the beach at Treasurer Island for the two small kids and visited the Olive Garden for their endless salad with the endless pasta, but there are small local establishments that serve quality low cost breakfasts and there is a very popular restaurant and bar right across the street that the locals attend - and that is always a sure sign of good food, drinks and a good price. And just so you know - I did have some reservations on staying here - being unknown to me before I contacted the owner - but all was good - thanks to the staff that they have looking after the premises - they are good at what they do and I hope they will be able to accommodate our family in the future too. We are sold that the area is perfect, from the beaches to the short drive to Disney, Bush Gardens, shopping and the many other local attractions from the Clearwater Beach pier and dolphin watching - just to let you know - while swimming we watched as the dolphins swam by us in the Gulf. "

This is a very roomy Condo with a great view of the ocean.We could hear the sound of the surf all night long.The sunset view from the balcony was fantastic .The heated pool and hottub was enjoyed daliy .Great for walking on the beach and very close to John Pass.Would do a return visit here.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week here. The beach, pool and hot tub were great. Our teens especially enjoyed the volleyball court! The condo had everything we needed, along with beautiful ocean views and the constant sound of the waves. Soooo nice to eat all our meals out on the spacious balcony. John's Pass was a nice walk away and a fun place to shop. It will be nice when all the bridge construction is done! Thanks for a great holiday! We hope to make this a regular family event.

My name is Tina, my family and I had never been to Florida. This was a tough decision, after a vacation we took to New Jersey in 2001 that was a total disaster we had rented a place on line and I vow to never do it again. BUT> This time we had a wonderful time and the Condo we rented was nice, the famlies were nice and friendly. The staff at SeaView condo's were always helpful and caring. They kept the building clean and neat the whole time. We never had any trouble with noise in the late hours which surprised me because there were teens in the building. The view from my balcony was a Dream come true. I will remember this forever. We are comming back next year, we made alot of friends that are from our area in Syracuse NY and want to continue to grow those friendships for years to come.......Loving Florida's Maderia Beach form Syracuse NY forever..
