My hubby and I really enjoyed staying at this 3rd. floor condo, for 38 days. Very clean and well stocked-felt like home.Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play and listening to the roar of the waves. I especially enjoyed the building's hot tub and pools. The beds were very comfy and very easy access to the beach. Plenty of walks along the beautiful beach and collected lots of shells for an upcoming project with my grandkids. Played Bingo and participated in other activities in the building and participated in the events at the Cross walk bar! Very relaxing and the owner was very helpful and courteous in helping us out with any questions we had. It was nice to be able to just punch in the code and enter our condo when we arrived without any fuss! Thank you Juliette for renting us your beautiful condo-looking forward to staying there next year.

Wonderful unit

We had a wonderful time in Panama City. The accomodations were excellent. The view was perfect. We could wake up in the morning and see the sunrise over the ocean and watch it set in the evening. The king size bed was very comfortable. I loved the fact that beach chairs and umbrella were included in the unit. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. I loved having a coffee shop downstairs. I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend and we fully intend to return to Panama City and would not hesitate to rent this unit again. If you love oysters, go to Dusty's Oyster Bar. This is a bar atmosphere w/ excellent oysters. We also went to Saltwater Grill and the food was fastastic.

We had a wonderful time in Panama City. We plan to come back in the future and would not hesitate to book this again. The view was fantastic, loved having a Starbucks on the facility, the condo was clean, well kept and up to date.

Great Family Vacation Property

This is the third year we have vacationed at Juliette's PCB. Our 4 year old now calls it "our beach house." The Condo, Resort, and Location are perfect for our family. It's a family friendly, well maintained, gulf front condo with easy access to the beach. And working with Juliette is always great. Couldn't ask for more.

I was cleaning off my old computer and looking through my favorite websites and found this link. We stayed here in September of 2009 and it was one of the highlights of the first 7 years of our marriage. We now live in Peru and can't take vacations in the U.S. now, but if we did live in the U.S., we would vacation in this rental on a yearly basis. It was large, comfortable, elegant, clean, well maintained. I would recommend this rental to anyone and again would love to stay there again if we were living in the U.S. It was a perfect vacation.

We loved this condo. It was the best. Very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, amazingly close to the beach, and had all the amenities my family could possibly need or want. Juliette was a dream to deal with and was very helpful with all my questions. Loved our stay and will be back!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. Our kids 5 and 3 loved this unit and so did we! ALl the extra's made it really a nice get away. Loved not packing towels, loved the beach chair service and loved the decor. I also want to say the kitchen was a dream. It was well stocked with appliances and everything a person would need to cook. Which for my family is great cause my kids have food Allergies and we only at out one time out of our 7 day stay. This is THE place to stay if you have kids! This unit is conveniently located near the walkway and elevators, but not too close to hear a lot of noise. Don't even worry about packing beach towels or kids pool toys- they're all there. My kids loved the chalkboard table, and the plastic dishes saved me a lot of worry. But even if you don't have kids this is a great place to stay. The unit is clean and nicely decorated and the owner is easy to work with. We loved the condo complex. Its right on the beach. My husband loved the Starbuck's. We enjoyed the kareoke in the skywalk bar, and the kids LOVED the kiddie pool. We will be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in April and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and MUCH more spacious than we expected from the pictures. There are many extras provided in this condo that are not available in other condos, including beach supplies and coffee for the morning! The use of the beach chair rentals was a great bonus! This is an excellent place to stay!

Everything was as listed and as shown in the pictures. The condo was spotless and in great shape. Easy access from the sky bridge, which is good because it is a little bit of a walk when you are carrying a bunch of stuff. The condo was perfect to buy food and then cook yourself because of all the amenities provided. There was plenty to do with in a short drive, but really it was the beach where we spent most of our time. The owner was very nice and provided us with everything that you needed for the stay. I do not have a single complaint about my stay.

Juliette has a great condo that made us truely feel like we were at home. Our 3 1/2 year old loved the games and toys that were available for her to enjoy. Juliette bent over backwards for us to help us in every way possible. The condo is beautiful and the pool and other amentities available are geat as well. Pier park and margarittaville were a blast. This is our 4th year in PCB and our 2nd year at emerald beach resort we love it here and when we areback we will seek out Julitte as an owner to rent from again for sure she is great!

This was my second visit to the condo and loved it just as much the second time as the first time. The condo is centrally located to all amenities, EXTREMELY easy to get around on foot, vehicle and/or moped rentals (which are just down the street!). There is a great shopping complex just minutes away, which includes a variety of stores and eateries, as well as a movie theater if you want to take a break from the rays. The condo itself is truly a 'home away from home'. The owner has made it extremely comfortable and inviting, providing everything from gourmet coffee to start your day to books, DVD's, and games, to enjoy after a long day on the beach. You can even leave your beach towels at home - she's got it all! Thanks Juliette, I'll definitely be back!

Our vacation was great, even though we had 2 days of bad weather due to Tropical Storm Fay. Your condo was awesome. Our 2 yr old loved the toys, and the beach chair service was definitely a plus!! We have not been to PCB since 2000. It has really changed over the years. We would love to come back,and hopefully have better weather!! Also, thank you so much for being so easy to work with! We had a wonderful stay and will be back again very soon. We really regret not staying longer and found the amenities and the time at the beach paradise on earth! Everything was in proximity which was very convenient and the description on vrbo was well depicted. The second pool, which is located at the parking deck, was not open during our stay but it appears to be ready to go. This will definitely enhance our next stay here and we look forward to Juliette's hospitality again. Thank you so much and my family really appreciated everthing!

Juliette, We had the BEST vacation ever!! My husband thought he died and went to heaven when he saw the Gulf view! He's always wanted to stay RIGHT ON the beach and he finally got his wish! My sister has never been to a Gulf beach before....needless to say she was "speechless"! Your place is so nice and relaxing and comfortable. We will be back next year!

My family absolutely had the BEST vacation. The condo was wonderfully stocked we had everything that we needed and then some. It was so wonderful to have the extra beach towels, toys, and umbrella for the beach. We did however have poor service from Emerald Beach which was very upsetting, but our room made up for our frustrations. Just one request - we would have liked to have left things for other guests to use in the condo, but we didn't have the special stickers....... We would LOVE to come again next year.

And when guests decide to leave items now (like dish soap, laundry detergent,etc....must be in unopened package...), then it is okay! We loved our stay in this beautiful condo that overlooks the beach! We were surprised how roomy it was for our family of 8. We loved it that Juliette provided so many "extras" so that we didn't need to pack them. Some of those being: a pack 'n play, beach umbrella, pool and sand toys, board games galore, movies, etc. There are too many to list! We truly felt spoiled in her condo with the 2 huge t.v.s and all the beautiful decor! Thanks for making it so easy to relax and unwind! We hope to come back next summer!

Our stay at Paradise Found was amazing! Everything we needed was already there for us and we were able to actually relax. Even though this is a 1 bedroom, don't be fooled, there is space galore. It was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. My 5 year old enjoyed the playarea and my 11 year old twins enjoyed the plasma screen tv's. Please be aware that all of the amenities are not complete yet, you honestly won't miss them. I mean with an oceanfront heated pool, a very safe skybridge and an absolutely breathtaking oceanview to greet you everyday, you won't miss the things you don't have. I mean this a is brand new condo and Juliette honestly has the best rates. I do believe the Starbucks will be open within a matter of days, even if its not, there is an excellent diner right across the street that serves great coffee and breakfast. I think that Juliette really put her heart and soul into putting this condo together and you can tell as soon as you walk through the door. I can't wait to return.

Thank you so much Juliette for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The place was very nicely decorated. We loved the great beds and big plasma t.v.'s. My children loved all the games, movies, and coloring books you had. The huge beach towels and umbrella were so wonderful to have to take with us to the beach. We had a better set up with your things on the beach than we would have if we would have rented a beach chair. I loved baking cookies in the kitchen for the kids and letting them use the cute little monkey cups. We even made popcicles out of juice with the popcicle molds you had. You have truly thought of EVERYTHING to make a great stay. There was not one time I said 'I wish there was this here' because you had already thought of it. Thank you again for sharing with us your beautiful home away from home.

We loved the condo. The view was perfect and the owner did a great job of supplying items not normally provided (coffee & filters, salt, pepper). The beds were very comfy including the bunks. We are a family of many females and the only complaint was "not enough mirrors". Thank you for the comfortable feeling from the moment we came in the door.
