Secluded in a beautiful forest setting an hour and a half outside of Tahoe, it's truly a one of a kind. The property has beautiful lake and mountain views which can be enjoyed from the spacious deck and private beach area. Lake Almanor is a mountain lake community near Mount Lassen in Plumas County California.
Ideal for Golf and located near Bailey Creek Golf Course, which was voted one of the top Mountain courses in the country. There is Tennis, and a beautiful mountain lake that is ideal for water skiing, wake boarding and tubing. This lake is one of the top lake fishing spots in the west, constantly stocked with bass and trout, a paradise for fishermen. The property is located 1 mile from recreation area 1 where there is a beach, tennis, basketball, fishing and a boat launch area. There are also live concerts on the lawn through out the summer. This area is great for sightseeing. It's located near Lassen Volcanic National park which is definitely worth a visit.

In season Rate June 1 - Sept 10th .. $2950 per week, plus $100 cleaning fee
$1000 refundable security deposit. Refundable up to 30 days prior to rental
Weekly rental only. Saturday - Saturday
There is a two night security deposit due at time of booking
2008 Rate is $2950 per week.
If the maximum occupancy is exceeded rentors will lose security deposit and
be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Off season Rate $2450
