The House
Spacious single story home just outside St. George. There is a large 2 car deep garage that can accommodate some boats. The home features a plasma TV with DirecTV. During NFL season it also receives all NFL games through NFL Sunday ticket. The house is very quiet making it a perfect place to relax after a round of golf, a hike or bike ride. The computer has high speed internet which is great for researching local attractions and sharing photos from your trip.

The Area
This location is ideal as it is very close to some of the best golf courses in the state. You will also enjoy visiting nearby Zions National Park 30-(45 min drive), The Grand Canyon (2.5 hours to north rim), Mesquite (45 min drive) and Las Vegas (1.5 hour drive) Nevada. Some of the best mountain biking trails are also nearby. Fishing and boating can be done at nearby Sand Hollow reservoir.

  • We stayed at the home in Coral Canyon for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Very clean home with lots of room. We has 6 adults and 3 small children and had plenty of room. It had all the amenities we needed to have a great vacation. Thanks.

  • We had extra family in town and two children and wanted a base camp for Southern Utah parks for a couple of days. Jeff's house was the perfect home away from home. Like the other guests have mentioned, it is in outstanding condition and the neighborhood has fantastic amenities for the entire family. Our family loved coming back to swim in the neighborhood pool and grilling in the back yard after a full day of hiking! For families with young kids this far and away beats a hotel. We will definitely contact Jeff again the next time we visit the area.

  • My family (grown children and their spouses) spent a week in Jeffs' house and it was absolutely fantastic. It was so queit at night that I thought we were in the country. It is a very well maintained home with great appliances. We all 6 would recommend this to anyone and if we all ever go back to Utah we will see if this home is available.

  • We had a really great stay at this house. We had 2 families with small kids, which accomodated us well. The pool and playgrounds were nice and close by. It was fun to have the X Box too!

  • This house was great!! We go down to st. george often and we will absolutely check for this rental first. This home was so clean, and so spacious. Our kids loved it and were very sad to leave. Sorry, but the pictures do not do it justice. It really is a great place with every amenity you need. We will be back. Thanks Jeff!!

  • We went to St. George for a week and stayed in a few different places; Jeff's house was by far the best! I knew it was going to be a nice place the moment we pulled our car into the big clean garage and walked into the beautiful kitchen area. Everything was so new and nice in the house. Our kids loved the Xbox, computer with Internet, private backyard and the very nice flat screen TV. The house and bedrooms were an easy fit for 7 people. After staying at Jeff's house I never want to stay in a cramped hotel room again. As other people have said in their comments, the area around the house is great as well. The kids loved the pool and tennis courts, the parks and the basketball court. It is also in a great location, from which you can easily get to St. George (about a 5-10 minute drive) or head into the Canyon areas of Bryce or Zion's. If you are trying to decide between this house and one of the Green Valley Condos it is a no-brainer that this is the better place to stay. It is actually the same drive time (or shorter) from here to downtown St. George than it is from Green Valley.

  • We spent our whole spring break at the house last week and had the perfect time. We loved the neighborhood, the parks, walking trails, and the pools were great. It is close to everything but secluded and private. The grassy backyard, x-box were great for the kids. It was great to have everything we needed. The internet access was also a great bonus. Awesome views!! We will definitely book again next year!

  • We took a road trip from Denver to St. George for a golf weekend with the boys. The house was great, comphy beds, great kitchen, well taken care of. The views are fantastic. If you need any suggestions on where to golf make sure you ask Jeff - he was a huge help. We'll deffinetly rent from him again. Thanks - best of luck.

  • We had a great weekend here loved the house it was very nice to have all the amenities of home while we were on vacation. There is something to entertain everyone wither it was playing in the back yard, playing on the computer or watching movies. The house is in a great location it was nice to have a park and pool so close. We will defiantly be staying here again.

  • We spent a wonderful long weekend here and loved the place. I have four children ages 6-15 and there was something to entertain them all. The house is located in a great location, close to St. George, yet in an upscale, quiet, and nice neighborhood. We loved the neighborhood park, x-box, and access to the computer. We also enjoyed a nice day trip to Zion's National Park. The house is very comfortable and we found it was nicer than the pictures showed. We would definetely stay again.
