There are over 30 wineries nearby. Upstairs find all bedrooms and 3 remodeled baths.There are vintage hardwood floors and true North Fork nostalgia found throughout. The front deck has 2 Adirondack chairs to just relax. A full deck off the back of the house over looks a fenced in back yard.There is a small deck off the kitchen. We just finished the kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and a black granite counter top. It just doesn't get any better than this.

My friends and I just spent the weekend at this house and we all loved it. The owner obviously put a lot of love into creating the perfect beach house. The house is warm, inviting and comfortable. It is large enough to get lost in, if you wanted too, but cozy enough to enjoy time together when you're not in town or at the beach, or the vineyards, or the ferry to Shelter Island. There is no shortage of things to do, and most of them are in walking distance. Take advantage of this place - it's worth it. Donna

BEAUTIFUL, immaculate, and fully stocked. from the new granite kitchen to the expansive backyard and deck, the house had everything you need for a great vacation. we walked into town and the carrosel a bunch of times. the owner could not have been nicer. we are going back for a winery trip we loved it so much! fyi it is a lot bigger than it looks in the pic.
