  We had a marvellous stay in this gorgeous apartment. The keyholder Bridget was so helpful to us and made us so welcome. The apartment itself is so bright and airy and is very tastefully decorated. I love the attention to every little detail. The colour scheme in the lounge/dining area is amazing. The owner emailed us before our stay with loads of information on Cannes and the area and this was a great help to us for our holiday in planning where to go. We could even ring ahead and book restaurants as she had given us the phone numbers!! Everything you would wish for is provided. We had friends over for dinner during our stay there and we had no shortage of dinner ware, glasses, cutlery. Our friends were very impressed!! The apartment is so close to everything and we just had to walk out the front door and we had shops and restaurants to die for. This apartment is a real jewel and we are so gald to have found it. We'll be back!!

  Lovely apartment, bright and spacious with lovely high ceilings and very tasteful decor, right in the center of the town, amazing location. The owner was fantastic at arranging everything and even did a personalised tour guide of local areas not to miss and local places to visit. Will def try to stay here again when back in Cannes, would not have been more perfect!

  Lovely find in the centre of Cannes in a quiet location set back from the hustle & bustle. Wonderful, comfortable apartment, light & airy with everything you need for a hassle free holiday. Within minutes of the beaches, La Croisette , bars restaurants & the main shopping street. The owner was so kind & helpful answering all our questions & then passing us on to her rental manager who welcomed us when we arrived & helped us throughout our stay. All in all a great package. Would definitly recommend to others.

  This lovely bourgeoise apartment ticked all the right boxes. Very central, just off the main shopping street, the Rue d'Antibes. All amenities within a few metres walk from the apartment. The train & bus stations also just minutes away as are the beaches & La Croisette, 3 minutes on foot. The apartment was exactly as we had seen in the photos, clean & obviously well looked after. Fully equipped with all mod cons. The owner was very helpful at every stage of the booking. The rental manager/keyholder was kind & efficient & was always available to answer our questions. I recommend it highly & will be back again next year.

  I have been staying in property 132629 every year for the past 4 years and I am always incredibly pleased with the apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is planning on going to Cannes

  After traveling all day we stood outside the apartment for 3 hours and no one showed up to greet us The owner was off in Ireland and the rude manager did not show up and they miscommunicated so no one called us to even look for us We had to take on a very expensive hotel across the street as a last resort with the darkness coming and the owner refused to reimburse us for the expense of the first night No air conditioning except for bedroom and bad beds I don't recommend!

  Owner response: This client had been sent an email with the phone number of the keyholder to contact but did not read her emails. This client had also sent an incomplete phone number (no country code) to the owner which the keyholder had tried that night but could not get in contact. This cient had also said that she was arriving on 'the train from Barcelona' only this train could have connected from anywhere to Cannes. The keyholder spent many hours in the train station in Cannes awaiting trains that night and going to and from the apartment and the train station. I the owner have been renting this apartment for 8 years and have never experienced such bad manners and rudeness from any other client. This client refused to accept that they had been sent an email with all contact details even when an email repy from them to me was forwarded to them. They used appaling language,includig awful cursing, on the phone to me and to my keyholder but nevertheless were credited the night they did not stay in the apartment even if it was their own fault, which is what they requested. Despite this reimbursment, the clent then sent an appaling email wishing boh me and my keyholder ill will. They also left the apartment in a filthy state. The ad states A/C in bedrooms only.

  I could not fault this apartment. Its location is simply superb. Just off Rue d'Antibes and 3 short blocks from the beach. The bedrooms are to the back of the property and so there is no nightime traffic noise. Its proximity to a variety of restaurants, nightlife and shops is excellent. The apartment owner has clearly but a lot of time and effort into the decorating of of the apartment and it shows. The living area is so comfortable and elegant. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and will most definitely be returning again in the near future. I would happily recommend this apartment to family and friends alike. Thank you, Mary, for such a wonderful stay.
