This home is everything you would expect to find and more in a place called “paradise.” As you walk in from the large wrap-around deck you can not help but notice all the custom wood and log details found throughout the home.
Your eyes are immediately drawn to the wall of windows framing the Madison Range and inviting the Montana sunshine into the open living space.
The open floor-plan on the main level is ideal for visiting with family and friends after a day on the river or in the mountains. The vaulted wood ceilings, radiant floor heating and wood-burning fireplace fill the home with inviting warmth.

Beautiful home - just as described! Just wanted to say that we had a wonderful time at your place! It was truly a peaceful vacation. We had 3 or 4 good hikes; I fished like crazy just down from Campfire Lodge and did well with a Caddis hatch at 8:30 pm each and every night! I even left one on the bank and turned around and something had nabbed it! I hope it was small like a raccoon or otter and not a bear! Three couples spent 2 glorious weeks at Slide Mountain Ranch. Endless vistas across the Madison Valley were witnessed from the vantage of large living room windows. Accommodations were spacious with each couple enjoying privacy. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the pantry was well stocked. Best of all we had superb access to the Madison River, with only a 20 minutes drive to the best waters. As runoff had subsided the fish were hungry and eager for a host of dry flies that were presented. When we didn't cook, we could grab a burger at nearby restaurants, and occasionally drove a short distance to West Yellowstone. Don't pass up a chance to stay at this wonderful accommodation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
