Bask in the sun from your 16th floor balcony with views of downtown Puerto Vallarta as well as full views of the Bay of Banderas! If you are looking for a vacation that has all the bells and whistles - this is a must do/see. It is a one bedroom with 2 queen beds (''pillow top mattresses''). There is cable TV with American shows and movies; cooking facilities with utensils, large refrigerator, towels and blankets are provided. The condominium is connected to the Holiday Inn in the Hotel Zone in Puerto Vallarta. It has all the amenities of a hotel, including daily or weekly cleaning for a fee.There is also a safety deposit box for your security.
The balcony overlooks the Bay of Banderas as well as the beautiful mountainous area of Amapas. Only a fifteen minute cab or bus ride to downtown with "shopping till you drop" and five star restaurants if you so choose. There is nightlife galore either downtown or in the Holiday Inn as well as neighboring resorts.
Don't miss the Romantica Zone which is within walking distance from the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta - lots of upscale boutiques for him and her, shoes, furniture, etc.
There are daily trips available to (check with travel agency within Holiday Inn) the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Mismaloya (where the film with Elizabeth Taylor starred in The Night of the Iguana). Not to be missed is the Pirate Cruise complete with pirates acting out mock sword fights. If you are adventurous enough there is a bullfight once a week close by.

We have been visiting Mexico since 1997 and loved all the different cities we stayed in. We immediately fell in love with the city, the sights, the sounds, and most of all the warm and friendly people who live there. SeaRiver Tower offered everything we wanted in a condo and purchased it in 2011. The view from our 16th floor unit is truly spectacular -- it over looks the Bay of Banderas, downtown Puerto Vallarta, the mountains, and the fireworks every night during the holiday seasons. We hope that you share our enthusiasm.

Just returned from an amazing trip at Sea River Towers in Puerto Vallarta. This condo is wonderful! The decor is fabulous with a warm mexican feel. The view from this 16th floor condo is to die for. You can see the entire bay, during the day we saw whales and dolphins and at night the lights of the bay were beautiful. The condo is in a very convenient location - you can catch the bus to downtown right outside the resort. There is a major grocery store just a couple of blocks away. The owner is great to deal with, very prompt replies to any questions that we had. Can't wait to return!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
