The high desert in Mexico just north of San Miguel de Allende is blessed with world-renowned spas and thermal baths. Our home is one of the very few in the area to have its own mineral hot spring which you can enjoy in complete privacy.

You will like being ten minutes out of town, providing you with the peacefulness of country living, yet access to Mexico's colonial gem, San Miguel. It is easy to catch a ride into town to visit the shops and galleries, and to attend plays and concerts. It is also easy to soak in your own pool with natural temperatures in the high 90s or in your Jacuzzi just outside the master bedroom. No chemicals, just pure natural hot water.

If you choose to read a book, there are hundreds in our library to choose from. Pick your favorite spot on one of the six patios and follow the sun or escape it. There are many trails to walk or bike to interesting sites such as nearby Atotonilco. This little village contains one of the few North American monuments on the United Nations preservation list. The spas next door to our property offer massages and other activities to pamper you.

Other amenities of San Miguel include golf and tennis facilities. There is frequent bus service and taxis are abundant. For the hardy, there are bicycles available for a ride into San Miguel or, even better, to small
villages on the many back roads and trails that dot the surrounding area.

We built our house and guest house overlooking the beautiful Atotonilco Valley. The casita has a small living room, dining room, and kitchen with a fireplace and two bedrooms each with a full bath. In the main house the master bedroom has his-and-her full bathrooms, a guest bedroom with full bath along with a large and complete kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room, and a study. The outside living room has its own cheery fireplace.
