You come to Hilton Head to play and The Beach House at Sea Oak is all set for you. With 3 pools – a large Main Pool with room for floats and toys, a spa and a baby pool. Chill your beverages in the poolside Cabana’s refrigerator, heat up a snack in the microwave or watch the game on the TV. The Poolside Shower Gazebo has hot and cold water and it is soooo nice to shower off after playing in the ocean and then enjoy a cold drink on the deck or in the Cabana or taking a nap on one of the lounge chairs. It is an easy stroll up the beach or bike the paved bike path to Coligny Circle.
“Let The Games Begin” in the Lower Level near the Cabana there is air hockey, fooz ball, 9 ft shuffle table, and ping pong. New in 2012 is a “gaming media center” with a 55 inch flat TV and all the plugs and game ports you need to hook up your “game gear”. With indoor/outdoor furnishing the group can go from the pool to the game area and back for a quick dip in the pool.
We all love great food and the Kitchen with its center island makes it easy for multiple cooks to prepare meals. There is Viking 6 Burner Range w/ Grill, Sub Zero Refrigerator, 2 Asko Dishwashers, a Microwave and lots of pots, pans, dishes and glassware - this is a kitchen which can handle your group. Multiple levels on the island allow children to help cook and makes it easy to set big pots or pan filled with food at a convenient level for your group to serve themselves. I took my five sons together with their wives and four grandchildren to this wonderful home. Or expectations were greatly exceeded. The location and facilities were paramount to our decision to rent this property. This is a must go location. Worth including in your bucket list. This was an opportunity for me to celebrate my 60th birthday and there was little that could have been better. I would highly recommend this home to any family or fried reunion.

This house is spectacular, it really is - as good as the pictures are they don't do it justice. Location is great, has all the amenities, and provides all the ingredients for a special vacation. Property is very well maintained and owner does a great job making sure everything is taken care of (we had one issue with dishwasher and repair man was out the same day, better service than I get at home). House is located about 5-10 minutes away from supermarket, drugstore, etc., but far enough away that you feel a million miles from the rat race. It does have internet but thankfully its not too fast - fast enough to stay in touch with office, but not fast enough to do any real work! Sea Pines is right down the street and Harbor Town and South Beach are both worth checking out, great local restaurants, shops, etc. The beaches are amazing. Maybe a 200 foot private walkway to the beach (elevated boardwalk) and then you hit these Hilton Head beaches that just go on forever. There is a little patio type set up with outdoor shower at the end of the boardwalk and its a great place to have coffee and watch the sun rise in the morning. The beaches are super wide with sections of hard sand. I strongly recommend renting bikes just so you can bike on the beach. The house has two pools and a hot tub, and the kiddie pool is a little over a foot deep so its great with little ones. The backyard has beautiful shade and palm trees in the pool area so you can swim in the pool but remain in the shade at the same time if you want... very cool. This was by far the biggest thing I've done sight unseen and it was fantastic. I recommend without any reservations.

I felt like I was truly in paradise when I stayed at this luxurious home. It' like being in your very own private resort. The rooms had fantastic views of the ocean. I could walk out from one of the three pools over to the beach. This elegant home had all of the comforts you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, including a media room, a game room, wireless connections, cabana overlooking the ocean, pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, elegant bedrooms and bathrooms and so much more. It would be a great place to bring a family or have a business offsite. I've been to many business offsites at resort homes, and none of them could even come close to being as nice as this place. The property was immaculately maintained, restaurants and shops were close by, and the beach is steps away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an experience that is beyond luxury and private.

We did a family vacation here for New Year's Eve week about a year ago and I still can't believe what a beautiful house it was. The above pictures do a pretty good job of showing you how pretty it is but it can't relay just how high quality everything is. Seriously, who ever built this house put a lot of love and care and money into it. I want to live here! The house was clean, well maintained, etc. etc. My family really liked the cabana downstairs and the backyard with the pool and hot tub. The only thing that was not accurate about the description was the "3 pools" part... there is actually one nice big main pool, a hot tub, and a kind of kid/wading pool next to the hot tub, definitely not 3 pools, as one would typically describe a pool. But the kiddie pool is great if you have children with you. Oh yeah, there is also a master bedroom with its own nursery. For real?!! Otherwise, everything in the description was spot on and much nicer than we expected. If I could afford it I would stay here once a year, it's that cool!
