Dunes Club is a beautiful beachfront condominium on Cape San Blas. This is a secure, gated property of 15 condos completed in 2004. It is located on a gorgeous stretch of white, sandy beach ranked number one in America that is never crowded. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, boat and trailer storage, beach boardwalk, and building elevator. Free High Speed Wireless Internet available. Long distance phone service is also available.
Our unit is luxurious yet comfortable. It includes such upgrades as solid surface countertops, ceramic tile floors and original artwork painted by the owner.
You will immediately feel at home in this beautifully decorated unit reminiscent of the bright, cheerful Caribbean Isles. The Living Room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a well stocked entertainment center with cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo with CD player and sliding glass doors that lead out to a large deck and Gulf view. This is one of only 5 units that have direct stair access to the pool area. (All units are accessible by elevator)
The spacious kitchen is a cook's dream - well equipped with new, high quality large and small appliances, utensils and dishes. There is a full size pantry for storage.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV, DVD, and a private bath with walk in closet. It has sliding glass doors to the porch overlooking the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV, DVD and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom has bunk beds. The roll away bed is stored in the laundry room.
The covered porch overlooks the beach and heated pool and has table and chairs and loungers where you can put up your feet and relax by day or entertain by moonlight. Soak in the sound of the waves and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach.
