  Our family of four stayed for spring break 2013. This condo had it all! Top notch accommodations, including fully equipped kitchen, bunk bed nook for kiddos, flat panel tv's in every room and professionally decorated and maintained. It is the end unit allowing for privacy, plenty of room as both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and endless views of the gulf. The weather was a bit cool, but our kids had a blast in the heated pool, arcade and running for hours along the soft white sand. All just a few steps off the elevator. We can't wait to come back!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This was the very best family vacation we have ever had!!! The residence was clean and the view was amazing. The location was perfect and we loved the distance from the room to the pool. The beach was super close!!! WE WILL TRY AND COME BACK NEXT YEAR AT THE SAME TIME OF YEAR.

  We paid for an early check in and the room was ready as promised and was just as stunning as the photos appear. Everything was clean and in working order. Just the four of us for our first week and then my parents joined us for the next five days and there was plenty of room for the additional two adults! This is our third year at Splash as the boys talk about it year round and can not wait until the summer trip back each year. Of all of our vacations, this is the very favorite! Looks like we have now found our room to stay in as well! Very easy people to work with as well. Simple process and everything was smooth from day one. All went just as promised. I would highly recommend this owner and condo!!

  Beautiful room and view. The only negative we had was with our ice maker. We never could get any ice. No big deal, because we bought a bag!. Would stay here again. Was a great place for our grandkids.

  We stayed for 8 days and had a blast!! The condo is very well maintained and the owner is great to work with!! She will do anything to make your stay an enjoyable one!! The views are amazing!! You can see so much from your 14th floor balcony! We can not wait to return next year!! Thank you so much!!
