Located on the more desired west end of Panama City Beach where you will find no high rises and uncongested beaches, Sunnyside's property is spacious and low density. Sunnyside B & T Resort has over 20 acres with 315 feet of sugar white beachfront. Our beach front still remains in its natural pristine state giving you the privacy you desire while on the beach. The condominiums are located directly across the street in a horseshoe fashion directly facing our private beach. Even though the traffic is light at this end of the beach, we even have a well lit pedestrian tunnel underneath the road for your convenience. The tunnel is also the passageway to the beachside gazebo, sitting area for watching the sunsets, and our spacious beachfront. Even though you're at the quiet end of Panama City Beach you're still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, hiking, not to mention all the water fun whether you're in the pool or the gulf. To the West you're only a short drive to Scenic 30-A, home to many upscale shops and restaurants. Going east takes you to the fun spots of Panama City Beach including the new Pier Park. Remember, here you are not inconvenienced with roaming the parking lot looking for a space; hiking to the condo then waiting on an elevator. The owners gave an accurate description regarding the location. The photos accurately reflect the apperance and amentities in the condo. The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and was definitely a great choice of location for a family of five. The owners were very helpful with all questions that we had. They were very trustworthy. We gave them a cash security deposit and they returned it quickly into paypal just as they said they would. We really enjoyed eating at Spicy Noodle. It was reasonably priced and the food was wonderful! There was plenty of room for my family of five plus my puppy. I appreciate the condo being pet friendly because we do not travel without our puppy. I would recommend this condo to anyone going to the beach!

We have stayed at Sunnyside many times before, but this was our first time in this particular unit. It was very well furnished and we had a grand time! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, but it is especially great if you have kids. Our boys (including the grown boys) really enjoyed the Playstation.

Sunnyside is the perfect place to get away from all of the hussel and bussel of daily life, yet be close enough to fun, sun, and greatest dining at the beach. Unit was like being at a home away from home. Very clean and neat.. comfy sofa and very soft towels. Unit is in a great location across from pool and tennis courts and short walk to the beach. It was a wonderful Spring Break!

Our hats off to the owner....just like you described....this is on the quiet end of Front Beach Rd and we were very pleased with our neighbors. Everyone was very friendly, there are lots of places to eat and although we stayed during spring break weekend, we were far enough away from the crowd to really enjoy the beach. Looking forward to sending our other friends to you as well.

Nice community. Like that it's pet friendly and low-key. Far enough away from the PC madness, but convienent to grocery and 30A shopping. Great for families with small children.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in early May, when it was very quiet. The amenities and the condition of the unit were just as described and the photos were accurate. The beach was beautiful and only a short walking distance away. The outdoor pool was inviting and well maintained, as were the grounds. The owner was helpful with information on activities, more than we could do in three short days. We kept busy with shopping and restaurants when we weren't in the water. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will consider staying here again.
