Located on the more desired west end of Panama City Beach, Sunnyside's property is spacious and low density. Sunnyside B & T Resort has over 20 acres with 315 feet of sugar white beachfront. Our beach front still remains in its natural pristine state giving you the privacy you desire while on the beach. The condominiums are located just across the street from the beach. Even though the traffic is light at this end of the beach, we even have a well lit pedestrian tunnel underneath the road for your convenience. The tunnel is also the passageway to the beachside gazebo, sitting area for watching the sunsets, and beachfront. Even though you're at the quiet end of Panama City Beach you're still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, hiking, not to mention all the water fun whether you're in the pool or the gulf. To the West you're only a short drive to Scenic 30-A, home to many upscale shops and restaurants. Going east takes you to the fun spots of Panama City Beach. Remember, here you are not inconvenienced with roaming the parking lot looking for a space; you don't have to hike to your condo from the parking lot and no elevators to wait on.
