The home is in a good location and the house is very spacious. Lei needs to pay more attention to the cleaning services she has hired. The floors were swept but who knows when they actually got moped last. You can see the thick layer of dust under the fridge if you are sitting on the futon. My two year old hands and feet came up gray after playing on the floor. Our feet turned black if we walked barefoot. The burners worked but the oven did not so all the food ($100.00) we brought that needed to go into the oven was wasted as we couldn't cook it. The gas grill was not functioning and only one flame that could have been used for welding not bbq'ing came up. The grill was also corroded and filthy. We did not have enough silver ware nor were there enough bowls for 6 adults. We had to buy toilet paper as there was not enough.. The walls have no insulation at ALL so you can hear everything going on next to you. The towels were dingy and not white anymore. Because the floors were not clean we had to wonder if the sheets were clean on the bed because it was obvious that the cleaning service is not doing there job. We also found left over shoes from the previous renters as well. We unfortunately had 20 something yr olds who decided they wanted to play loud music, sing and hoot an holler to all hours of the night. I know that is not Lei's fault as you never know what type of person is renting from you but it just added to our frustration. We inquired if there was a beach and we were told there was and when we arrived there was no beach. This is one of the reasons we rented this place. The weeds outside need to get cut down. There was a cute play structure outside but was covered by weeds, spider webs and bugs. Never in my life have I rented a place and have been so disappointed.

Thanks to Lei for providing a wonderful and relaxing getaway vacation home. Being right on the lake listening to the waves lap the shores at is very good for the soul. Plenty of room and light in the house. And plenty of fish in the lake..we caught quite a few. We will definitely stay here again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Thank you -- We had great fun in "NiceClearLake Vacation Home" Hi Lei, We really had blasting fun in Nice Clear Lake Vacation Home. All of our 10 member group had really great time over there and the kitchen and the restrooms are well equipped with high maintenance. We were invited to join friends for the weekend and I was "blown away"! The home was beautiful, very clean. Everything about it is GREAT!. the backyard beach, the deck from the master bedroom, the reastaurant/bar next door. Plan on going back real soon with our family.

I've been here a few times now with my friends, Margaret and John. I enjoy myself each time because I'm allowed to bring my pooch with me. We have a great time in the water, the sunrise and sunset are specticular. It at times can get very windy, but the beach is nice, the house is clean. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great clean house well priced right on the lake. Close to the Harbor restaurant for dining. We had a really great time. Also close to Bartlett Springs Mountain Precious Forest and Ceago and Tulip Hill. Come see beautiful lake county! Ken

Our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful rental in Clear Lake. The view can not be beat, the sunsets are beautiful. We rented the both units, it was nice to have bedrooms for everyone, very comfortable, clean houses. Both houses have everything you need, plenty of chairs, dishes, towels, etc. , and had 16 of us staying. The deck off the the master bedrooms are great for your morning coffee, very peaceful. Thanks Lei for sharing you vacation homes with us! Everyone talked about coming back.

Wow, what can I say? This place is simply perfect. We just got back from an 8 day stay and absolutely loved it. The house has everything you need and is very clean and relatively new. The view of the lake perfect from teh decks. The house is right on the beach which is excellent for swimming (shallow enough for kids) and the fishing is good too. We also rented the boat, and if you don't bring your own, you should definitely do this! All in all, it was a great time and we'll be back. Thanks again Lei! ps...the food at the asian restaurant next door is excellent! Try the mango beef!

Lei, thanks for letting us stay at your duplex. It is really a home away from home. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. The place is well-stocked with towels, dishes, and utensils. The television and Internet access was a big bonus and a nice surprise. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

It is a great place for perfect vacation with fishing. We just enjoyed staying this place and done lots of fishing from the back yard of this house. Highly recomanded.

Dear Lei, Our TOPS group is still talking about the wonderful stay we had at your condo Sept 23 & 24, 2007. The condos were sparkling clean, and situated right on the lake. The sunset was serene and lovely, as was the sunrise the next morning. It was wonderful to wake up with the ducks paddling around. For an excursion with a van full of elderly ladies, we drove up Bartlett Springs Road, a well-maintained gravel road just east of Lei's condos. What a spectacular view!!
