For those new to VRBO and who may have some concerns about renting this way, we live close by, manage our own condo and take great pride in it's condition. Our condo is not on the market, a short sale or a pending foreclosure. We also maintain a Client Trust Account that hold deposits before our guests arrival. Should you unfortunately, have to cancel, you can be assured the funds are there to refund to you.
We are easily available by phone and email and can be at the condo quickly for anything you may need since we live just minutes away and we are happy to chat with you anytime about what to do where to go best restaurants etc.
Our condo overlooks the 3rd fairway, waving palms and the lake beyond. All of our guests tell us that their first reaction upon entering is..."WOW'! From the designer furnishings and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, to the gorgeous view, this condo will make your vacation memorable.
Relax with a drink on the lanai, where you can almost touch the palm trees, while barbecuing on the built-in outdoor grill. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with all the basic spices and condiments you might need and a complete set of appliances including a blender, toaster and rice cooker. After dinner enjoy a movie or cable show on the new, large flat screen LCD TV in the comfort of the plush 4-section couch.
The master suite features a high-end Beautyrest pillow-top king bed, luxurious high-thread count cotton linens, soaking tub and unique, pebble floor, separate shower as well as HDTV and DVD player.
The second bedroom features two, extra long, twin beds which can be put together to make a king on request. The entire condo is decorated with eleven, limited addition, giclee prints of Hawaiian themes by renowned Maui artist Jan Welda.
Beautiful Anaehoomalu Bay ("A" Bay) is only a two minute drive or ten minute walk away. And we supply everything you need for a great time including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear... even toys for the kids! Or relax by one of the two on-site pools with waterfall and spa (and fitness center). Many other world-class beaches are nearby, as well as interesting petroglyph trails...exploring is part of the fun. Guide books and maps are provided.
Enjoy the best shopping on the island in the King's Shops or new Queen's Marketplace right next door. Here you'll find interesting and unique shops and a variety of restaurants for casual eating and fine dining.
For golfers, the Waikoloa Beach Resort has two championship courses, the Kings Course and the Beach Course with special rates for our guests. There are several other great courses nearby including Mauna Lani and Hapuna.

Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Beach Villas
We chose the Waikoloa Beach Villas because of it's great location. It's in the beautiful Waikola Beach Resort and right across the street from the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, so it's an easy walk to shops restaurants and a large grocery store. It's also very close to the beach. The Beach Villas also offered built in BBQ's on the lanai, two pools and great views. We think it's, all around, the best condo complex in the resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The snorkeling in great at "A" Bay and also good at the nearby Mauna Lani Resort. The beaches on this part of the island are really our favorite thing. In addition to A Bay here, you have you have world class beaches such as Mauna Lani, Hapuna and Mauna Kea within a 15 minute drive. Add 7 golf courses nearby and there is plenty of fun to be had.
Perhaps the most beautiful beach on the island. Great snorkeling on the North end.

We started coming to Hawaii many years ago and found that we liked the Big Island best. We eventually bought a condo here and then sold it to buy one at the Waikoloa Beach Villas because of the great location, the views and beautiful condo finishes. We moved here full time 4 years ago from Colorado and now work as Realtors at Hawaii Life Real Estate Services LLC as well as managing our condo here. We love the beaches on this part of the island, the great snorkeling and golf. Condo was precisely as advertised - clean, spacious, well-stocked and equipped. Location is a great starting spot for seeing the entire island, or just hanging around the A beach. Lanai is a beautiful setting - facing the golf course with palm trees in the yard. Great swimming pool with hot tub. Lounges around the pool are comfortable for napping, talking and reading. This condo is a real treat. It would be suitable for a family or group of up to 7 people.

Our 4th trip to the Big Island and 2nd trip to the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The unit was great -- everything you needed Dan & Marion had provided. The guide books and brochures were very helpful -- highly recommend anyone reading those. The unit has a great kitchen and Lanai with a nice grill -- perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the sunset. Furniture is comfortable and inviting. Having a washer and dryer too was great as well as the garage with all of the beach and snorkel gear. Nothing was left out. Location can't be beat -- right on the beach the Queen's and Kings shops are right there. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is definitely one to consider -- we are already planning our return trip.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

Everything was great. Marion and Dan have thought of everything for their renters to have a wonderful vacation. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The Beach Villa grounds were beautifully landscaped and the pools were great. The location was awesome, not far from Kona, Waimea and all the "best beaches". We had such a great time that while we were still there we booked our return for next year. Thank you for everything.

I can't explain what a wonderful time we has in this place! The room really felt like our home away from home while we were there! We didn't want to leave. The king bed was extremely comfortable (nicer than our bed at home!) The room was equipped with everything we needed. There was enough dishes and even some sauces and spices for cooking. They provided most of the things you would think of needing (even aloe, the sun is strong!) The beach supplies were high quality and extremely useful, we used them every day. The books with comments from other guests and the Big Island Revealed book were also very useful. Dan and Marion were great! When we decided to change our travel plans they even helped us to find another place because theirs wasn't available. Thanks to Dan and Marion for helping us to have the best vacation we have had as of yet! We will be back!

This was our first stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas and we struck gold! It was so easy to feel at home in the beautiful, and very well equipped, condo. We walked to the beach at A-Bay several times and enjoyed activities like the Hula Show and Starlight Movie at the Queen's Marketplace. Use of a guidebook supplied by the owners and comments from other guests in the guest book gave us some good "insider tips" to enhance our trip. We used the beach equipment daily and took the cooler along for lunches and to bring back food from all the great Farmers' Markets (and Costco, Walmart & Safeway). I would highly recommend this rental, not only for the accommodations, which were beyond our expectations, but because Dan & Marion were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process from reservation to check out, they met our every need and some we hadn't even thought of! I could go on and on, but will summarize by saying, it felt like home, was close to the beach and not too far from other beaches/activities and was very well equipped with thought given to every detail.

We live here in Hawaii and this was our 2nd time staying in the Beach Villas. The first time, we stayed in another condo which was nice but had its flaws. This condo had awesome owners that really made our stay wonderful. The condo is close to the community entrance so its easy to go across the street to the Queens Shops. The furniture in the condo is clean and very comfortable! Everything is in perfect condition!

My sister, mom, family friend, and I recently stayed 3 nights at this condo. It was very comfortable and everything is as described in the listing. The large beach towels and beach equipment came in very handy. The location is very convenient to many sites on that side of the Big Island. There is also a nice market within walking distance of the rental. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for (like the washing machine/dryer!) and made our trip to the Big Island very relaxing. I would recommend this place to other travelers. Thanks!

My wife and I and our two college age daughters spent ten fantastic days over New Years at this condo. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. We took our own snorkeling equipment, but we did not need it. It was great spending evenings on the lanai after a day of golf or snorkeling! I hope that we have the opportunity to return and enjoy this fantastic condo soon!
