The first floor has a Master bedroom, full bathroom, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, large kitchen to easily accommodate twelve people, and a beautiful living room with a wood fire place and hardwood floors.
The second floor has a Master bedroom with a walk-out deck, a full bathroom, and 2 other bedrooms. One with 2 twin beds and the other with 4 twin beds.
When at the beach, you can look towards Bass River to the left and Parkers River to the right. You are a half mile from both rivers. It is a nice sandy beach walk to Smugglers beach located on Bass River.
