  My wife and I are retired, travel extensively, and rarely return to the same place twice, with one noteable exception, Anguilla and Ocean Terrace Condos. We have spent all or most of the last three Januarys there and have already booked next January. All the previous positive reviews are highly accurate. The units are immaculate and well maintained with spectacular views of St. Martin and other islands. Although a car is required it is a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world along with many fine restaurants. Cook in or go out the choice is yours. Ambrose and Paula, the managers, are most gracious and welcoming, while Bob and his wife Sandy go out of their way to make your stay most enjoyable.We highly recommend OTC for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

  We had a great time at OTC! The beaches are very close, as are wonderful restaurants and a huge supermarket. Stock up on your groceries since you have a full kitchen in your condo for those days where you want to just chill on the balcony gazing at the great ocean views and St. Maarten. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels during our stay. The hosts are very friendly and provided all kinds of valuable information to get around the island. We rented a car from Ronnie and his car and service were top notch! We loved exploring many different beaches since it is so easy to navigate around the island. All of the other reviews offer glowing praise of the island and OTC so don't delay, go and have a priceless time in paradise!!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed at Ocean Terrace Condos for a week with our 2 teenage children. As we pulled up to Ocean terrace, we immediately knew that this would be a perfect vacation. The condos are centrally located and overlook the pristine, blue water and the mountains of St. Marteen. The interior of the unit was exactly as pictured. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Daily maid service was a huge bonus. Anguilla is an amazing island for anyone craving perfect weather, beautiful beaches, friendly people and delicious restaurants. We highly recommend a stay at Ocean Terrace.

  If you are looking for a place to make your home during your vacation, you have come to the right place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo on the second floor(1 flight of stair to climb). The views were amazing and you woke up every morning to the sound of waves crashing. The full kitchen allows you to stay in and cook (equip with everything you could possibly need) and the outdoor grills allow you to cook outside. We had an amazing time at the Ocean Terrace. Ambrose(the manager) provided great service and was available at any time to assist. The condo was well cleaned and cared for, very quiet and relaxing. Centrally located to all the beautiful beaches this is the place to stay. We can't wait to go back and enjoy more of Anguilla in the future. Bob(the owner) had great communication before and after our stay making us feel very comfortable to stay here. He truly wanted us to enjoy every part of our vacation at the Ocean Terrace and in Anguilla. He was there to assist with any questions we have before we left for Anguilla. Overall, I can't remember a more relaxing vacation and we will definitely return in the future! I highly recommend Ocean Terrace and Anguilla to anyone looking at going.

  This was one of the best christmas ever! The place was better than expected. The condo totally fit our family. It was clean and comfortable with daily maid service. We cooked at home alot and had everything we needed in the kitchenThe view from the balcony was post card perfect.The grounds and pool area were in excellent condition as well.We used the on site gym alot. We went snorkeling ever day walked the beaches and did a glass bottom boat trip with Jr.The island was great and the people were the friendliest we have ever met.We would totally recommend this property to everyone looking for sun, good people,good beaches and good food and a great condo.   I read some of the reviews and had prepared myself to be at least a little disappointed, but everything was as promised and we just loved this condo at Ocean Terrace! Bob, the owner, truly seemed to care that we have a wonderful time and had some great recommendations - he certainly knows the island. The condo was comfortable, well appointed, very quiet and immaculately clean. The condo is on the top floor (one flight of stairs) and the view was just as spectacular as everyone described. It was great waking up each morning and having breakfast looking out at the water and St. Martin. Ambrose and Paula, who actually manage Ocean Terrace, couldn't have been friendlier. Anguilla's beaches have to be seen to be believed - fine white sand, beautiful blue and green waters and totally uncrowded! Anguilla may well have the best beaches in the Caribbean, but it also has some of the best restaurants. The top end restaurants can be pretty expensive, but three of our favorites were SandBar, Dolce Vita and Picante - very good food and moderate prices. I liked the pool at Ocean Terrace as it also shares the great view and was never crowded, but I particularly enjoyed the fitness room as I needed help in working off at least some of the food I ate during my week in Anguilla. Overall, I can't remember a better or more relaxing vacation and I will definitely return! I highly recommend Anguilla and this condo to anyone.

  We recently stayed at Ocean Terrace Condos for a week, and found it a great base for a family holiday with our little son. The apartment was spacious, well-kept, and has fantastic views. Everything worked as you'd expect it. Like other reviewers we contacted Bob and he arranged for us to stay in a different unit. In fact, Bob was actually on Anguilla at the same time and was a wonderful host. You do need a car to get to the beach, though I don't think that this is a problem because it allows you to try different beaches, and parking has never been a problem anywhere.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  We just returned from our third stay at Ocean Terrace and I think we love it more each time we go. Staying at Ocean Terrace is truly like coming back your home in Anguilla. Ambrose and Paula are always there to welcome you with hugs and smiles and help you to your room. The condo is always beautiful and immaculately clean and the views of St. Martin and the Caribbean sea are always breathtaking. The condo is very spacious and well laid out and the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. The A/C works great although we prefer to keep the windows open to listen to the ocean and feel the tropical breezes. Bob is wonderful to work with and will go out of his way to make sure you have a great vacation. We are actually returning in February and although Bob's condo isn't available he went out of his way to find us a unit at Ocean Terrace that would fit our needs. We feel lucky to have found Ocean Terrace and are already planning ahead for a visit in 2012!

  We recently stayed at Ocean Terrace, not at Bob's condo, but one that Bob arranged for us to stay in. The owners of Ocean Terrace, Ambrose and his lovely wife, met us with a warm welcome at the airport, showed us our rental car, then we followed them to the condo. Our condo was nicely furnished and was kept spotless thru daily cleaning by the housekeeping staff. Ambrose and Bob gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations - the food on Anguilla is amazing! We especially liked Hibernia, daVida, and Veya. The people of Anguilla are so friendly. We felt very safe exploring the island. Our favorite beach was Shoal Bay East, which was a 10 minute drive from the condo. The folks at the Tropical Sunset Beach Bar gave us complimentary use of beach chairs. We enjoyed lunch and drinks there. Rendezvous Bay and Cove Bay beaches were also beautiful, with calm waters. We recommend using Bryan's Car Rentals - Ronnie was very nice to us. Anguilla has become one of our most favorite islands in the Caribbean. We highly recommend staying at Ocean Terrace. Thank you, Bob and Ambrose for helping to make our visit to Anguilla a memorable one!

  Just got back from a fabulous week at Ocean Terrace. Highly recommend this condo with fabulous view, great staff, nice pool and near town and great beaches. We contacted Bob who provided lots of good tips on places to check out on Anguilla. His place wasn't available for the week we wanted so he connected us with another owner who had an identical unit and was equally great to deal with. You'll need a car/jeep to get around, but that was fine with us-- exploring the island was fun and there are sooooo many beaches to visit.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.
