This 344 acre lake offers swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, boating, and premier fishing. Located on the South side of the lake, you will enjoy a beautiful view from the huge two-level deck that oversees the lakefront. Beautiful sand beach and excellent swimming area complement the resort-like setting.
This cottage is fully furnished, smoke free, and located just minutes from dining, shopping, and two championship golf courses. You can also choose to boat over to the Silvercryst Supper Club where you can enjoy outstanding dining and entertainment. Bring your own boat or use the paddleboat or rowboat that are included with the rental.

- Outdoor firepit, aluminum row boat with oars, paddle boat, dock, and an aluminum raft. There is an extra TV in sun room, cable with all movie channels. It's located one mile from two championship golf courses. We recently added an on-demand hot water heater...you WILL NOT run out of hot water. Want to spend every minute enjoying your vacation? For a fee of $150 you can just pack up your things when you are ready to leave and head back home. We'll take care of the cleaning and laundry. Let us know if you would like this additional feature when you make your reservation.

Peak Season June 1st - September 30th. Rates .. $1648/week - $325/night min.
Off Peak, Rates .. $1098/week - $200/night minimum stay 3 nights.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks-by-phone, and personal checks.
Please call for details on Credit Card or Check-by-Phone transactions.
We also charge a $1000 security deposit. If the cottage is returned in the state
it was in when you arrived you will receive your entire security deposit back.
There will be a 4% room tax added to your rental fee. (Town of Marion)

The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Our cottage is located in a very quiet area. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful. Our renters rate our cottage as the best and most beautiful that they have stayed at. Over and over again they tell us how clean our cottage is. We have many renters that return year after year. We start booking for next year by the middle to end of the summer and already have bookings coming in for next year.

Thank you so much for a great week. The house was clean, comfortable with tons of extras...a/c, wifi, pizza popcorn. The lake is excellent and clear. The swimming was a big plus. Can not thank you enough for being so flexible. I would recommend this place anytime...Wautoma is great...Silvercryst was nice, golfing was great and ice cream right down the road was a plus. The water level was a little high and cut into the beach area quite a bit, but did not ruin our week by any means. Thanks and we will be back. Thank you again, Komp family.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The lake is so clear! We were in the water every day for hours. We would recommend this lake to everyone. We liked the location on the lake for swimming and docking our boat since it was in a no wake zone. The row boat and paddle boat provided were also great additions to our stay. The wi-fi and air conditioning were such an added bonus, which were a pleasant surprise! The cottage was very nice and clean and located on a beautiful spot on the lake. The pizzas and the popcorn were a great unexpected treat!! The nice, cool temperature inside was a welcome relief!
