Princeville's Ali'I Kai II is a beautifully maintained condo complex consisting of seven buildings and 56 units. It also has an on site manager.
There is a weekly orientation of island activities, complete with continental breakfast. Ali'I Kai is located in a very quiet area.
Two miles away is the #1 golf course in Hawaii, The Prince, and one half mile away is the 27 hole Makai Course.
We have a storage unit for tenant's suitcases, golf clubs, etc.
