This property is even better than it seems like in the pictures, Everything is available, the game room is perfect if you have kids it is a life saver and if you don't it still great. i loved the location, very quiet neighborhood. MacDonald 2 min driving, Denny's 5 min driving, Village is about 10 min driving, Vons and walgreens about 7 min driving. you can walk to the lake but NO fishing :( but not a big deal, i actually liked that because that keeps people out of that area. There are bunch of stairs inside the house!!!! Super Fast responding to emails. Very clear and easy to follow directions. now i don't have to go around and look any more to rent a cabine in Big Bear, i know where to go. Thank you again

What a fantastic mountain getaway for a family! We've been up to Big Bear many times in the past and have stayed in a variety of lodging on various parts of the lake. This was our first time renting a private home like this and we were very happy with our experience from start to finish. This spacious home is in a very central location called Eagles Point. It's one block from the lake and beach at Meadow's Park, in a safe neighborhood, and nearby so many conveniences like the main village, grocery stores, restaurants, and even a drive-through Starbucks! :) We were so close to everything we love to do with our kids in Big Bear during the summer- taking the scenic ski lift ride at Summit, boating, taking the Pirate Ship lake tour, hiking, biking, going to Moonridge Zoo, the Discovery Center, family fun at the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain (waterslide, mini-golf, bobsled, go-carts), and shopping and eating ice cream in the village. This home is filled with so many things to make your stay convenient and fun- a fully equiped kitchen, a visiters book full of helpful info and maps of the area, a kid's bunk room, the comfy beds, and of course the awesome game room- complete with a pool table, air hockey, fooseball, games, books, toys, movies, and more. We love Big Bear and we loved our stay in this roomy, comfy, mountain home! This is a family you can trust to rent from! Thank you Kerry for your excellent communication and service and for sharing your vacation home!

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. Due to the inclement weather there were some initial difficulities upon our arrival with parking and an electrical issue with the kitchen but Kerry quickly rectified the problems that were created by Mother Nature. The home is truly beautiful and accomadated our large family very well. The bedrooms were comfy and the house was clean. The toys were so appreciated, it's like the owners thought of everything that a family would need and made it available. We plan to schedule a trip in the spring to enjoy the lake!

Very nice home a block from the lake. A long walk or short drive to the town center. Enjoyed our family retreat by walking to town in the evening for ice cream and by day to the lakeside park for a dip into the lake. Fantastic back yard for bar-b-qing. Hopefully returning next summer.

Been to Big Bear four times in the last seven years and this was by far the best place to stay. It was exactly as advertised and the amenities and everything is un-believable. We loved the decor. There wasn't anything missing that we would have needed. We usually pack our own towels and pillows, but here everything is new, and fluffy! So don't bother. It is about a 10 minute walk to swim beach, five minutes to a big park with tennis and volleyball. Our daughter loved the little slide in the back yard, and the bunk beds and the toy closet. (We should have left her toys at home). The wood decor in the house was fabulous. The location is pretty central to everything you need in the summer. It is roomy enough that two couples with 2 kids could easily enjoy it. The dog loved sitting out on the deck, too. Make sure to check out Kerry's other photos when she sends a link to her website.

Amazing....Thank You Kerry! We love your home. It is our home away from home. Our dog Marty loves it too! He lies on the deck and suns himself while keeping a watchful eye on everything, especially the squirrels! The house is warm and cozy, yet sooo roomy. It is equipped extremely well and it makes for a great getaway! The central location is perfect. We have now been twice and there certainly will be many more visits to come. Your efficient and courteous attention makes it all the more pleasurable. We hope to be back soon!!! C, M & M
