Female Preferred. One double bed in bedroom. Gas grill for your use. Commuter boat to Boston and Logan Airport. Great restaurants, outdoor cafes, galleries, carousel and nightlife. No smoking. Small pets considered. Great alternative to the Cape, better beach than many beaches on the Cape, less traffic and close proximity to Boston for those day trips to the city. Priced right for an inexpensive vacation. ALSO AVAILABLE FOR OFF SEASON RENTAL. Available from Sept. 10th to May 31st for $900 per month, including all uitlities, cable, heat, wi-fi. Now accepting summer bookings for June and September of 2013.
