Ok there are some good points and bad points to this condo. There is not a seperate living area as stated...it is one large open layout...which was fine for us. The kids went into the bedroom to watch tv or we did. Do not count on the pull out sofas for sleeping because they are not in the best condition. We folded them back up and just let our son sleep on the sofa. The master bedroom's shower is a little tricky as well. The curtain and the shower do not work well together and unless you have the curtain just right you will end up with a flooded floor. The shower head also would not stay up and our little one ended up with a knot on her forehead as well. The last bad thing isn't necessarily about this condo itself but we had to deal with some very loud condo owners staying on the 3rd floor corner unit below us. We couldn't hear them while we were in the condo but if you were at the pool or beach or balcony you could hear them calling out to each other and swearing off the balcony and it just was not a pleasant situation for us or our children. Security was only seen at shift change and we saw one lady guard walking the last night we were there. Otherwise we would have definitely contacted them about the noise and profanity. Keep in mind these were adults in their 60's ( or at least that is how old they looked ) Now the plus side...It was very cozy and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. They supply more than any other condo we have stayed in to get you started. It was extremely clean. Having a 3rd bathroom comes in handy as well.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

As always, we would like for you to contact us if you have any problems in the unit, I didn't hear from you except in an email after your stay. We could have called the building management company to have someone talk to the guest who were being rude. I am also sorry you felt mislead by the arrangement in the unit. I feel we show enough photos from different angles in the unit that the layout is shown clearly. Thanks for the comments and your stay.

This condo was awesome! After stopping for a few groceries, we had everything we needed for a great weeklong stay. The decor was very tasteful...not over the top like most condos we've used before. The beds, chairs, and couches were very comfortable. It was so spacious and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Three full baths made getting ready so easy! The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us! We highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

11 people, friends and family spent a week in Gulf Shores @ Surfside Shores in March. We rented 3 condos in the complex. We had the largest unit with 3 bathrooms, which was perfect for the 3 adults staying there. Our condo was a great gathering area when we all wanted to have dinner together or make plans for activities. The view from the kitchen and living area was so relaxing and calming, so easy to wake up to. It had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. Easy access to the beach was great for the morning and evening walks.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.
