Completely remodeled and designer furnished large penthouse at this exclusive resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 4 separate balconies.
Master Bedroom suite features a lighted, pedestal King bed with private, oceanfront balcony. Master Bathroom features steam shower and double vanity.
Guest Bedroom has two Queen beds, a private balcony and separate entrance. Guest Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub. Linens are not provided but may be rented for an additional $80.
Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front community with freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, secluded beaches and 24/7 gated and roaming security.
Kingston Plantation also offers a world-class health club with fitness & weight rooms, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor racquet ball courts and numerous lighted, clay tennis courts. The fee for use of the health club is $10 per person per day.
There is also a kids "splash pool" water park featuring a two story waterfall, two water slides, a water "dump bucket", many water sprayers and a lazy river. The water park is owned by Embassy Suites and admission and any charges associated with the water park is entirely at the discretion of Embassy Suites.
2011 is our sixth rental season and all furnishings, bedding, etc. are like-new. Don't pay more for a unit that is only ocean view and not nearly as clean or nice as this special penthouse condo.

Why the Owner Chose South Hampton
Kingston Plantation is so convenient to everything that the Grand Strand offers. Tanger Factory Outlet, Wal-Mart, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop and a movie theater and Restaurant Row with all the great seafood restaurants are all within a couple of miles of the property. Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both within approx. 5 miles. But, once you pass thru the gates of Kingston Plantation you feel as though you are secluded in your own tropical paradise. There's no other place like it on the the Grand Strand!

Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the ocean are spectacular! We also enjoy the great ocean and coastline views from every room and the whirlpool tub and the steam shower. Our condo is located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so you rarely hear any noise from other guests in the building.
Includes Kroger Grocery Store, Rossi's Italian Restaurant, California Pizza, Burger King and several other shops and restaurants.

My wife and I had the opportunity to purchase this beautiful condo from the original owner who had just previously totally remodeled it. We also own two other oceanfront rental condos in the area and when we saw the spectacular view and luxury of not only this condo but of Kingston Plantation in general, we knew that our guests would really appreciate and love staying here. We live right outside the gates of the Plantation with our three young sons in the Arcadian Shores Golf Club area. Because of this we are able to be actively involved in the rental and upkeep of our properties. We take great pride in offering very up to date, clean and accommodating condos for our guests to vacation in. We personally inspect each condo prior to check-in to make sure that everything is indeed clean and operating properly. I have also been a local REALTOR and SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE in the area for the past 27 years and would be glad to assist any of our guests who themselves are interested in purchasing their own vacation or permanent home on the Grand Strand.

We were looking for a place to just get away for the weekend and the owner came highly recommended to us. We were lucky that this condo was available on such short notice. The owner was awesome to work with, the condo was everything the pictures depicted! While we went in December and there wasn't a lot to do but relax, we are looking forward to going back with the rest of our family!

My husband and 2 teenage daughters spent the week before Easter here. We all had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed family time in the wonderful open layout of the kitchen, dining and living area. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, a nice change from the "beachy" theme and everything was very clean. We had wonderful breezes blowing through due to being on the ocenfront corner of the building with private porches and multiple views, I didn't know which porch to enjoy first! The beach was very nice, easy to get to and not crowded. Robert was very helpful, giving us information on places to eat, etc. and being available to make sure we were comfortably settled in. I would recommend any property that Robert owns and manages.

There simply is no condominium with a more perfect view of the ocean and beach than this one. The unit is bright and open with lovely amenities. We have been renting in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and have never dealt with a more pleasant or accomodating owner than Robert Dicks. He is intent on providing a pleasurable, meaningful vacation experience for his guests.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

I will definitely say this is the best place I have stayed at in Myrtle Beach! If you have been looking for great balcony views from four different areas this is it. Robert Dicks the owner was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect when we arrived. Both bedrooms have balconies and the beds are great! I travelled with my wife, 3 year old son, and my parents. The condo was great, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had all the comforts of home, plus the views were spectacular from every room. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the water park, which kept our son fully entertained. We stayed in mid-September, and the weather and water was absolutely perfect. Everything on Kingston Plantation was clean and well maintained, plus it’s a gated community, so there was 24/7 security and no thru traffic. We were close to attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the airport (we had a very short one-stop flight from Nashville, connecting through Atlanta). The owner is very personable and great to work with. In fact, he’s one of the reasons we chose this condo, among the many there are to choose from in Myrtle Beach. All things considered, we would definitely want to stay in this condo on our next trip back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

This is the second year in a row that my husband and I have stayed in Kingston Plantation and for as long as life [and money:)] will let us, we plan on going back every year! The web site does not lie! The pictures of the condo are completely accurate; the condo is home away from home; it's comfortable and most importantly, it's new and it's clean! The property is extremely clean and extremely well maintained. In addition, having security driving around at all hours of the day and night is so comforting and reassuring that we're safe at all times. The owner couldn't be more helpful and personable; he makes you feel like you could call him at any time if there is a problem and he'd be right there! Thankfully, we've never had to call him...what does that tell you about the condo? I would so recommend this place to a friend or relative...not just the week we're there! There are too many nearby activities, attractions, and restaurants to list...there is so much to do, so many places to eat that one week is just not long enough! In closing, thank you Mr. Owner for another great vacation! See you next year!
