  The view is magnificent! The full moon on the ocean at night is beautiful! The condo was clean and just as advertised. We had a wonderful time with our daughter and her husband from Utah, walking the beach, playing miniature golf, just relaxing.

  This condo had the best view of the beach and ocean that I have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I really appreciate Robert working with us on such short notice. He personally met us at the condo both at check-in and check-out, giving us a quick tour of the place and showing a few neat features and insuring that we were more than satisfied with our stay. He was also very helpful with local restaurant suggestions. It was a little bit chillier than expected during our stay at the beach, but the views, combined with all the nice activities within walking distance made this a very memorable vacation. If you are looking for an oceanfront view with beautiful amenities and great service, look no further. Thanks again, Robert for a great play to stay and enjoy some family time together.

  Working with Robert was great. The condo was very spacious as were the balconies. Great location as it is close to good restaurants and the outlets. View of the ocean from the balconies was spectacular. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

  All the informations that you providesd ro us were helpfull. I would recommand the Callabash italian food.We're looking to go back next year. We had great times.

  If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Myrtle Beach, this is it! The condo is very nice and very clean. The views from every room are just breathtaking. Robert (owner) was wonderful to work with and was very helpful. He gave us lots of good ideas of things to do while we were in town. The location is also nice. It's very quiet and the beaches are never very crowded. Wonderful place to stay and well worth your time to check it out!

  The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Great ocean views from all around the condo, and very clean. We will absolutely stay at this condo again. Can't wait for vacation next year.   When I saw the pictures of this Southampton penthouse, I was very impressed. I looked forward to not having all the wicker and sea shells and beachy decor most condos have. Our family of four spent a week at 1610, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the balconies very much and loved being "above it all." Everything was very clean and very well-maintained. The owner needed to do a few minor repairs and he was kind enough to schedule late in the morning as to not affect our time. I also asked him about a couple of issues we were having with the refrigerator and a TV remote, and he took care of them as well. He was great to deal with by phone and email. The pool areas were very clean, and surprisingly uncrowded. Parking was also convenient every time we returned from an outing. The elevator was fast and mostly uncrowded until check-out day, but that is to be expected. We had breakfast one morning at Finn McCool's, just outside the resort. It was very inexpensive, and quite tasty. Enjoyed happy hour at Liberty Steakhouse at Broadway, and a great hibachi dinner at Kano's. This was just a relaxation trip, and we definitely did a lot of that. I would certainly recommend this property to others. When you see a review that has this many positive comments, you have to feel assured that this many people can't be wrong. Kudos to Robert for being such a great host.

  Words cannot describe the beauty of this condo! The pictures posted here do not even compare! This condo was absolutely PERFECT! The view from all of the balconies was simply beautiful! We spent every day out on the beach but had a 2 month old baby with us and so one of us was always in the room with him. However, with the amazing view of the beach and ocean right from the sofa, it was not at all sad to take our turn inside with the baby. :) We enjoyed breakfast out on the balconies in the morning and the sound of the ocean sitting outside at night. It was all kept up SO nice! This was just not some vacation spot, this felt like home! EVERYTHING we needed was there! Even to the point of beach chairs and shovels my daughter used. We felt so at home and my 2 year old didn't want to leave! And then there was Robert.... He was so welcoming! Even at midnight when we arrived! He personally welcomed us and showed us all the amenities of the condo. We've stayed in Kingston Plantation the past few years and this is the first time we've experienced such personal care from an owner. We cannot express our gratitude to Robert for not only opening his property but for him welcoming us. IF we would have had any problems (which we didn't), I have no doubt he would have been there personally to take care of things. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!!!

  This is a great condo with an awesome view of the beach and ocean. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was nice to be close to many good golf courses, restaurants and shopping areas.
