This is a great condo with an awesome view of the beach and ocean. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was nice to be close to many good golf courses, restaurants and shopping areas.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were looking for a place to just get away for the weekend and the owner came highly recommended to us. We were lucky that this condo was available on such short notice. The owner was awesome to work with, the condo was everything the pictures depicted! While we went in December and there wasn't a lot to do but relax, we are looking forward to going back with the rest of our family!

My husband and 2 teenage daughters spent the week before Easter here. We all had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed family time in the wonderful open layout of the kitchen, dining and living area. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, a nice change from the "beachy" theme and everything was very clean. We had wonderful breezes blowing through due to being on the ocenfront corner of the building with private porches and multiple views, I didn't know which porch to enjoy first! The beach was very nice, easy to get to and not crowded. Robert was very helpful, giving us information on places to eat, etc. and being available to make sure we were comfortably settled in. I would recommend any property that Robert owns and manages.

There simply is no condominium with a more perfect view of the ocean and beach than this one. The unit is bright and open with lovely amenities. We have been renting in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and have never dealt with a more pleasant or accomodating owner than Robert Dicks. He is intent on providing a pleasurable, meaningful vacation experience for his guests.

I will definitely say this is the best place I have stayed at in Myrtle Beach! If you have been looking for great balcony views from four different areas this is it. Robert Dicks the owner was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect when we arrived. Both bedrooms have balconies and the beds are great! You are steps from the beach and elevator is right out the door! I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone and I have already! Thad and Tammy Abbott Florence, KY 41042

I travelled with my wife, 3 year old son, and my parents. The condo was great, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had all the comforts of home, plus the views were spectacular from every room. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the water park, which kept our son fully entertained. We stayed in mid-September, and the weather and water was absolutely perfect. Everything on Kingston Plantation was clean and well maintained, plus it’s a gated community, so there was 24/7 security and no thru traffic. We were close to attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the airport (we had a very short one-stop flight from Nashville, connecting through Atlanta). The owner is very personable and great to work with. In fact, he’s one of the reasons we chose this condo, among the many there are to choose from in Myrtle Beach. All things considered, we would definitely want to stay in this condo on our next trip back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

This is the second year in a row that my husband and I have stayed in Kingston Plantation and for as long as life [and money:)] will let us, we plan on going back every year! The web site does not lie! The pictures of the condo are completely accurate; the condo is home away from home; it's comfortable and most importantly, it's new and it's clean! The property is extremely clean and extremely well maintained. In addition, having security driving around at all hours of the day and night is so comforting and reassuring that we're safe at all times. The owner couldn't be more helpful and personable; he makes you feel like you could call him at any time if there is a problem and he'd be right there! Thankfully, we've never had to call him...what does that tell you about the condo? I would so recommend this place to a friend or relative...not just the week we're there! There are too many nearby activities, attractions, and restaurants to list...there is so much to do, so many places to eat that one week is just not long enough! In closing, thank you Mr. Owner for another great vacation! See you next year!

We loved staying at this condo at Kingston Plantation!!!! This was our first time to stay at Kingston Plantation and we will definitely be back. It was so convenient to the HIlton and Embassy pools. Our five year old twins loved going to the beach in the morning and then playing at either of those pools in the afternoon. The pool grill at the Hilton had great food and drinks for mom and dad!!! The views from the balconies were amazing!!! Wonderful week at the beach!!!

My husband, myself and 4 teenagers spent the week in this amazing condo. The pictures on this site are great but the place itself is even better. You will never find a better condo. The owner was top-notch also. He made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to let us know great restaurants and directions to anything and everything. He even called mid-week to make sure everything was alright. The ocean is at your view everywhere you looked. The 4 balconies made the super large condo even bigger!!!! The decor is modern but very very comfortable. We will definite go back over and over again. Myrtle Beach is a fun family vacation with tons of stuff to do. Mini golf is everywhere (our favorite), shopping, restaurants, entertainment. You can't get it all done in a week. The beach to this condo is top notch also. So clean, not crowded, easy to get to. The adjoining hotel has Starbucks, entertainment, pool bars, outdoor sandwich shops. Between the condo, beach and time with family (all the kids loved this place), I would rate this as one of the best vacations we have taken.

Superb condo!!!!!!!!!! The accomodations were absolutely stunning (as well as contemporary!) and you have thought of EVERYTHING!!!! Definitely first class in EVERY aspect: spacious (the four seperate balconies are amazing!), breathtaking views from every corner of the unit, fully equipped (even toys for the kids & chairs for the adults!), & conveniently located to everything! We had a fantastic time & can't wait to visit again! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality & a memorable vacation!!!!!!!!!

The balconies and views are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! This condo is beautiful and worked perfectly with my husband, my self and 4 teen girls. We had our privacy with our secluded balcony and the teens loved the designer decorations plus 3 balconies to 'hang out on.' There is enough to do and enjoy without leaving the resort. We didnt need our car until we went to the outlet mall-very close by. The owner was in contact with me personally and made sure everything was clean and ready for us to have a great time. The photos are accurate in how the condo looks and the amenities are numerous. We loved this place and agreed it was one of our best trips ever! We will definitely return to enjoy the views and a glass of chardonnay.
