We own our vacation home with my wife's parents and have enjoyed many visits to Florida over the past years. Our children are 2 months, 8 years and 9 years old and the older ones cannot wait to spend every waking moment either in the pool or Magic Kingdom!
Our vacation home is located at West Stonebridge, which is a fairly new community situated only 14 miles from Disney. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, 1 full bathroom and over 2,000 square feet of space. There are two Master Suites, one of them has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which are perfect for younger ones and there is a pull out bed in the lounge should anyone need it. There is a formal dinning area that can seat up to 10 people and a full kitchen with a breakfast nook.
There is central air conditioning for your comfort, two cable TV's, DVD player, and a large heated pool, spa and lanai that are enclosed by a screen.
Our villa has exquisite furnishings an is great for one large family, two families, or that special vacation with the grandparents, since both couples get their own suite.
After a fun day at the theme parks you can relax in your own heated private pool & hottub, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of a cramped uninteresting hotel room. Mind you, the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee’s route 192 are literally minutes away so you're never far from anything.
Golfers will love this location too as Championsgate Golf Resort and Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which are two of the most popular courses in the area, are both within 4 miles of the villa.
The property boasts many upgrades including tiles throughout, heated swimming pool and of course the hottub. The two Double bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom has its own patio door right out to the pool area -as does the en-suite for quick access to the toilet and shower facilities for swimmers or bathers
Location-wise our holiday home is located off Highway 27 in a town called Davenport, which is slightly South-West of Orlando. Everything is accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive', many Championship Golf Courses, Restaurants, more shops and of course all the Major Attractions. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are 45 minutes away. Cocoa Beach and Tampa Bay take around an hour to reach, Cocoa Beach being the preferred viewing area for NASA take-offs from JFK.

- Air Conditioning: The vacation home has central air heating/cooling for your comfort.
- Washer: The washer is located in the utility room along with the dryer and is for guest use.
- Dryer: The dryer is next to the washer and is also for guest use.
- Linens Provided: All linens are provided and beds will be made up by the management company prior to your arrival.
- Garage: The spacious 2 vehicle garage is available for your use.
- Off Street Parking: There is ample off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

- King Bed: The principal Master bedroom has doors that open to the pool area, a King Bed, cable TV, alarm clock, twin bedside lamps, cable TV, en-suite facilities with it's own door to the to the large enclosed lanai and pool area.
- Queen Bed: The secondary Master bedroom has a Queen Bed with it's own en-suite facilities, twin bedside lamps, alarm clock, cable TV and luxury bed linen.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : The two twin bedrooms are located to the front of the villa and share a full bathroom, they both have closet storage and drawer units, lamps and alarm clocks (so no one is late waking up!)
- Convertible Bed: The lounge area has a pull out bed if required, this is large enough to sleep two adults. Prior arangements are necessary to ensure bedding is made available.

- Cable/Satellite TV: There is cable TV in the lounge area as well as in both the Master suite and the second master bedroom.
- DVD
- Private Hot Tub: The hot tub is in the left corner of the pool and overlooks an area of conservation which is great for privacy!
- Private Pool: The pool is a great size and is enclosed with a screen to make sure you don't get debris/insects swimming with you. It extends out from the lanai area for which we have bought top quality pool furniture. The outlook is semi private as there is an area of conservation directly behind the property.

- Lanai: This is quite a large area and very welcome when the sun is at it's hottest! The pool side furniture is very clean and of top quality.
- Communications
- Telephone: Local calls are free and telephone cards are available from any Publix or Walmart, giving superb value for money!
- Broadband Internet: We now have a fast broadband internet connection which is positioned in the Dining area, just bring your laptop and plug it in.
- Other Amenities
- Overlooking a conservation area provides us with a level of privicay that is largley unknown amongst many of the rental villas around Orlando
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: We're very sorry but for the sake of other guests we cannot allow pets in the villa. Note: We strive to make sure our villa is impeccable -as we would expect to find a villa- and we hope this is refected through presentation and cleanliness.

- Kid Friendly: Since the property is around 2 years old we have hard-wired and battery backed up regulation alarms on ALL doors and windows to the pool area which sound an alert when an opening is detected. You simply need to press the plunger (located at a high level) to silence the alarm when an adult is moving between zones.
- Smoking Not Allowed: There is absolutely no smoking within the villa, the pool or the lanai areas. We trust all our guests will understand and respect our wishes.
