Hi, We have enjoyed many visits to Florida over the past years with our children who are 2 , 9 years and 11 years old -the older ones cannot wait to spend every waking moment either in the pool or Magic Kingdom!
Our vacation home is located at West Stonebridge, which is a relatively new community with fantastic positioning for Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, the new Legoland park, Universal Studios plus we're only 14 miles from Walt Disney World's front gates. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, 1 full bathroom and over 2,200 square feet of living space. There are two Master Suites, one of them has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which are perfect for younger ones and there is a pull out bed in the lounge should anyone need it. There is a formal dinning area that can seat up to 10 people and a full kitchen with a breakfast nook.

There is central air conditioning for your comfort, 3 cable TV's, DVD player, and a large heated pool, spa and lanai that are enclosed by a screen.
Our villa has some beautiful furnishings and is great for either one large family, two families, or that special vacation with the grandparents since both couples get their own suite.
After a fun day at the theme parks you can relax in your own heated private outdoor pool & spa, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of a cramped uninteresting hotel room. Mind you, the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee’s route 192 are literally minutes away so you're never far from anything.
Golfers will love this location too as Championsgate Golf Resort and Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which are two of the most popular courses in the area, are both within 4 miles of the villa.
The property boasts many upgrades including tiles throughout, heated swimming pool and of course the hottub. The two Double bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom has its own patio door right out to the pool area -as does the en-suite for quick access to the toilet and shower facilities for swimmers or bathers
Location-wise our holiday home is located off Highway 27 near a town called Davenport, (slightly South-West of Orlando itself). Everything is accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive', many Championship Golf Courses, Restaurants, more shops and of course all the Major Attractions. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are 45 minutes away. Cocoa Beach and Tampa Bay take around an hour to reach, Cocoa Beach being the preferred viewing area for NASA take-offs from JFK.

- King Bed : The principal Master bedroom has doors that open to the pool area, a King Bed, cable TV, alarm clock, twin bedside lamps, cable TV, en-suite facilities with it's own door to the to the large enclosed lanai and pool area.
- Queen Bed : The secondary Master bedroom has a Queen Bed with it's own en-suite facilities, twin bedside lamps, alarm clock, cable TV and luxury bed linen.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : The two twin bedrooms are located to the front of the villa and share a full bathroom, they both have closet storage and drawer units, lamps and alarm clocks (so no one is late waking up!)
- Convertible Bed : The lounge area has a pull out bed if required, this is large enough to sleep two adults. Prior arangements are necessary to ensure bedding is made available.

- Private Hot Tub : The hot tub is in the left corner of the pool and overlooks an area of conservation which is great for privacy!
- Cable/Satellite TV : There is cable TV in the lounge area as well as in both the Master suite and the second master bedroom.

- Private Pool : The pool is a great size and is enclosed with a screen to make sure you don't get debris/insects swimming with you. It extends out from the lanai area for which we have bought top quality pool furniture. The outlook is semi private as there is an area of conservation directly behind the property.

- Lanai : This is quite a large area and very welcome when the sun is at it's hottest! The pool side furniture is very clean and of top quality.
- Communications
- Telephone : Local calls are free and telephone cards are available from any Publix or Walmart, giving superb value for money!
- Broadband Internet : We offer our guests free use of our WiFi broadband internet connection.
- Other Amenities
- Overlooking a conservation area provides us with a level of privicay that is largley unavailable amongst most rental villas around Orlando.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : We're very sorry but for the sake of other guests we cannot allow pets in the villa. Note: We strive to make sure our villa is impeccable -as we would expect to find a villa- and we hope this is refected through presentation and cleanliness our our vacation home.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations)
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : The villa is on one level with wide doorways.
- Kid Friendly : Since the property was built in 2006 we have hard-wired and battery backed up regulation alarms on ALL doors and windows to the pool area which sound an alert when an opening is detected. A simple press on the plunger button (located at a adult shoulder level) to silence the alarm when an adult is moving between zones.
- Smoking Allowed : Smoking is permitted around the pool and the lanai areas only.
- Smoking Not Allowed : There is absolutely no smoking within the villa. We trust all our guests will understand and respect our wishes.

We loved staying in this first class villa. The pictures on the website show it like it really is. Our grandchildren said it all: "the Best!” The owner, John Miles, was a pleasure to deal with. West Stonebridge is a great location; it is close to all kinds of shopping as well as many attractions and great restaurants. The lanai and pool area were far superior to others in communities in the Davenport area. Nice to see the living room TV has been upgraded. Thank you guys for renting out your villa we had a great winter escape!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Orlando. This villa is absolutely beautiful and made the holiday extra special. The house is immaculately kept and has 4 beautiful bedrooms and plenty living space to relax in. Being able to jump in the pool morning, noon or night was fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend this villa. The management staff were good and phoned to introduce themselves as soon as we arrived and were on hand if needed. The owner himself is very nice and made sure we had no problems during our visit. The free local & international calls were a godsend as we were able to book excursions easily and also keep in touch with family at home. The villa is located in a very quiet neighbourhood but has plenty restaurants very nearby and also a Publix (for groceries), 7 Eleven (for gas) & also a bank (with lovely staff!). Disney & Universal parks are only 20 & 30 mins away. Thank you very much for a very comfortable stay in your lovely villa and we would love to come back again next time we visit Florida. I would like to say that the home was very nice, well kept and clean. The owners and management company are extremely professional, and pleasnt to speak with. In fact that since the home was vacant the day before our arrival - we were aloud an early check in !!! How awesome is that !!! The home does have central air, which was really nice to have in the June heat and humidty. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Disney was about 10 minutes away, but what was even better was that there were books in the home that offered a guide to Disney and they were dated 2009. Internet access was most helpful as well. The home is about an hour away to Cocoa Beach and the Nasa Space Center. It is also about an hour drive to Clearwater Florida, should you want to visit the warm waters of the Gulf like we did. The only minor issue was that the home did not have ceiling fans in the home.
