Beautifully built in 2006 our vacation home comes with plently of parking - Davenport Travel Accommodations Hi All, Our vacation home is located at West Stonebridge, which is a new community situated only 14 miles from Disney. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, over 2,250 square feet of space. There are two Master Suites, one of them has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which are perfect for younger ones and there is a pull out bed in the lounge should anyone need it. There is a formal dinning area that can seat up to 10 people and a full kitchen with a breakfast nook. There is central air conditioning for your comfort, two cable TV's, DVD player, and a large heated pool, spa and lanai that are enclosed by a screen. Intersun Villa has exquisite furnishings. Intersun Villa it is great for one large family, two families or that special vacation with the grandparents, since both couples get their own suite. After a fun day at the theme parks you can relax in your own heated private pool & spa, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of a cramped uninteresting hotel room. Mind you, the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee’s route 192 are literally minutes away so you're never far from anything. Golfers will love this location too as Championsgate Golf Resort and Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which are two of the most popular courses in the area, are both within 4 miles of the villa. The property boasts many upgrades including tiles throughout, heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The two Double bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom has its own patio door right out to the pool area! Location-wise our holiday home is located off Highway 27 in a town called Davenport, which is slightly South-West of Orlando. Everything is accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive', many Championship Golf Courses, Restaurants, more shops and of course all the Major Attractions. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are 45 minutes away. Cocoa Beach and Tampa Bay take around an hour to reach, Cocoa Beach being the preferred viewing area for NASA take-offs from JFK. We hope you like the sound of our vacation home, we enjoy sharing the villa out to guests and their families and hope you have a great time.
