This two-story townhouse is located in the heart of Horseshoe Bay and is within walking distance to the Marriott, the Marina & Yacht Club and Lake LBJ.
This Hill Country retreat is only a short five to ten minute drive to the public boat ramp. If you are interested in Big City travel hubs, entertainment and cuisine, you are approximately an hour or so away from either San Antonio or Austin. If your preference is small town friendliness, dining and antique shopping, the historic towns of Marble Falls and Llano are only 15 minutes away.
Although this unit does not view or have direct access to the water it can easily accommodate four to six people (and possibly two more in certain situations). There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and the master bath has a double-vanity and a Jacuzzi tub. It has a small 1-car garage and a patio equiped with furniture and a BBQ. All the furnishings are there, you just need to bring your personal belongings.
Please note, this is an exclusive premier resort area where private membership is required and access is not always available to the general public. Ocassionaly day passes to the resort area are available for an additional fee. We have a jet ski that is also available for an additional fee. Free public access is available nearby for all water sports, a 9 hole golf course, hiking, biking, antiquing, and there is even a small private airport all within 3 miles of the townhouse.
If your desire is being near where the "action is" or simply "vegging," you couldn't do better.
