Our Property is only 2 blocks from Heavenly Valley. It is a Gorgeous newly upgraded unit with recessed lighting, Fantastic Kitchen with Stainless Steal Appliances, Built in Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, and Coffee Maker. All cookware and utensils are provided.
Our Condo has NO Upstairs or Downstairs neighbors and is an end unit making it much more quite than most of the other condo rentals. There are only 8 stairs leading up to the unit making it quite safe in winter.
We also have a large deck with great views of the mountains and the Tahoe Valley. With approximately 600 square feet of living space we are much larger than the average 1/1 condo in Heavenly Valley area.
Very Close to Heavenly Valley's Boulder Lodge only about 400 yards from our front steps. Nearby Convienence Market located just about 1/8 mile from our property on Tramway Drive makes last minute shopping a breeze.
There are so many things to do nearby. A short one mile drive down Kingsbury (207) you can find fine dining at the Chart House Restaurant. Bottom of Kingsbury you will find world famous Casinos such as Harvey's and Harrahs. New Heavenly Village with restaurants are also located there.
When you book with us, we will provide you with a list of Things to Do along with important numbers to make your travel experience great. We also will provide you with tips on discount tickets for skiing at Heavenly per your request.

We have always loved Lake Tahoe. We choose our location due to its close proximity to Heavenly Valley but also for the quiteness of being just far enough from the casinos and South Tahoe to get a good nights sleep.

We stayed in this condo during Presidents' Day weekend 2011, and we loved it! Everything was perfect. Location was great and we have been very lucky to get wonderful snow and ski conditions. The condo was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient to everything. Richard was a very helpful host. Outstanding communication and followup before and after our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone and we look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Tahoe. Renting with Richard was very easy and he answered any question. The Condo itself is very nicely upgraded and some nice homely touches. It is close to the Casinos and the Lake yet far enough away for some peace and quite at night. If you are in a group of 4 or less look nowhere else. This is THE condo to stay at

My husband and I stayed here Oct. 3-10, 2009 and had a very relaxing week. The condo was very cozy and quiet. October 4th we woke up to over a foot of snow and the surrounding area was so beautiful and serene. Highly recommend.

Richard Mansour was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He will answer any questions and will do so diligently and swiftly. His place is approximately 3 miles from the Gondola at South Lake Tahoe and there is a bus route that will pick you up in front of his condo and take you to the lifts. The place is extremely well kempt and has all the basic amenities that anyone could ask for including a fireplace, marble counter tops, coffee pot, comfortable futon in the living room, and beautiful scenic views seen right from his condo. His place is conveniently located while still being secluded so you can enjoy that peace and quiet. I would look no where else if you are looking for a place to stay at S. Lake Tahoe. Thanx Richard for everything.

Perfect condo in a perfect location. Wonderfully decorated with upgraded appliances, very warm on a cold winter night. Super close to downtown yet far enough away from the crowds.

Richard was easy to work with, he returned my emails and phone calls. The place is just what it shows on the site. It is clean and cute. Perfect for one or two pairs. The kitchen was very nice. A cab ride to Harras Casino is under $20. I would stay there again. No neighbor noise at night and the clean up is minimal. It is a good spot. Jamie

This condo was very cozy and clean! And it's located in a great location. I would very much recommend this condo to other couples planning a ski trip. Richard was a pleasure to work with as well! All in all it was a wonderful, seamless trip.
