This condo was well represented. Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation here with many amenities included. The fireplace is great. Owners were prompt to reply to all e-mails and information well before our arrival. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

We stayed in this condo during Presidents' Day weekend 2011, and we loved it! Everything was perfect. Location was great and we have been very lucky to get wonderful snow and ski conditions. The condo was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient to everything. Richard was a very helpful host. Outstanding communication and followup before and after our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone and we look forward to coming back!

Fantastic and Clean Rental Look Nowhere Else

We had a wonderful time at Lake Tahoe. Renting with Richard was very easy and he answered any question. The Condo itself is very nicely upgraded and some nice homely touches. It is close to the Casinos and the Lake yet far enough away for some peace and quite at night. If you are in a group of 4 or less look nowhere else. This is THE condo to stay at

My husband and I stayed here Oct. 3-10, 2009 and had a very relaxing week. The condo was very cozy and quiet. October 4th we woke up to over a foot of snow and the surrounding area was so beautiful and serene. Highly recommend.

Richard Mansour was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He will answer any questions and will do so diligently and swiftly. His place is approximately 3 miles from the Gondola at South Lake Tahoe and there is a bus route that will pick you up in front of his condo and take you to the lifts. The place is extremely well kempt and has all the basic amenities that anyone could ask for including a fireplace, marble counter tops, coffee pot, comfortable futon in the living room, and beautiful scenic views seen right from his condo. His place is conveniently located while still being secluded so you can enjoy that peace and quiet. I would look no where else if you are looking for a place to stay at S. Lake Tahoe. Thanx Richard for everything.

Perfect condo in a perfect location. Wonderfully decorated with upgraded appliances, very warm on a cold winter night. Super close to downtown yet far enough away from the crowds.

Richard was easy to work with, he returned my emails and phone calls. The place is just what it shows on the site. It is clean and cute. Perfect for one or two pairs. The kitchen was very nice. A cab ride to Harras Casino is under $20. I would stay there again. No neighbor noise at night and the clean up is minimal. It is a good spot. Jamie

Very nice and clean condo with a short drive to Heavenly's Stagecoach lift. Ideal for a small family. Richard is dependable and great to work with.

We enjoyed the unit for our week of 1/16-1/23/08 - it was very comfortable and convenient to Heavenly skiing. Richard was very good to work with - friendly and efficient. We would recommend this unit for any skiing couple.

We spent Thanksgiving in this very nice condo. The very well equipped kitchen was very handy as we like to cook nice meals!!! Richard was very helpful and responsive.

Very cozy and sturdy place. All the appliances are new and working great. Located at Summit Village, it was very quiet yet close to the city. We were able to secure the place very quickly and smoothly.
