This almost new and beautifully maintained 3rd floor (top floor!) golf villa sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. It is located in a private setting in the southern end of Myrtle Beach and has quick and easy access to the ocean, Broadway by the Beach, Marketplace Commons, Myrtle Beach airport and all the great golf courses, and excitement Myrtle Beach has to offer. The villa is located at the Tupelo Bay Golf Course, which offers a driving range, executive course, a par 3 course and miniature golf. Included in the weekly rentals, you'll get a free round of golf at Tupelo Bay and a bucket of balls for the driving range.
On-site, you'll find the amenity center that offers free to guests; indoor/outdoor pools with a kiddie pool, barbeque and picnic area (Tupelo Bay provides guests with free charcoal for the fire pits) with small putt-putt golf area, volleyball net with sanded area for play, large fitness room with all the latest equipment, business center, sitting room with fireplace. At the on-site pro shop, you'll find the Conch Cafe for light fare, a room you can book for private parties with a flat screen TV and fireplace and use of small bar area. During peak months, free shuttle service is provided to the beach if you don't want to drive your car or walk down! Bike rentals and scooters are close by and available for rent.
The rental runs from Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (11am), though nightly rates may be available.

Why the Owner Chose Tupelo Bay Golf Villas
My family and I have been vacationing every summer in Myrtle Beach since 2006. We fell in love with the area and all it had to offer. For those of us who play golf, we have no trouble finding a course we haven't yet experienced year after year because there are so many courses to choose from! The kids love to spend the day on the nice clean beaches and the complex itself has such a beautiful well maintained amenity center with a pool the kids can't ever get enough of! We decided to buy in Tupelo Bay because the location can't be beat - it's a lovely well maintained complex just perfect for the kids and yet quiet enough for a romantic retreat!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our villa is very welcoming and accomodating. It's pure relaxation when you want it to be and yet full of excitement when you choose to venture out because of all the things to do in the area. The amenity center is very clean, well maintained and is a pleasure to use.

We stayed here in August for a week and we loved it! We didn't go a day without playing in the pool or feeding the turtles in the pond right beneath the balcony. There was always some sort of goings on put on by Tupelo Bay so everyone could meet and mingle by the grill and pool. The golf course was beautiful and well used during our stay as well. We have been coming to Garden City/Surfside Beach for five years now (sometimes twice each year), and this condo was by far the BEST! It is located close to everything, has the best view of the pools, and no problems with parking. This unit is beyond what can be put into words, it met and exceeded our hopes. We loved it and will definitely return again. Very roomy and cozy with an "at home" feel. :)
