Why the Owner Chose Bucerias
We enjoy the water sports, walking along beaches and, of course, the ocean. When looking for a place to spend part of our winters to get away from the cold and snow, we wanted a place which was near an airport but away from major crowds. We wanted it to be close enough to a city for the culture the city has to offer,but we didn't want to live in a city. Bucerias was the perfect answer. It has fabulous little taco stands to fine dining. It has a shopping market and is close to larger grocery stores. Bucerias always has something fun going on and after we have traveled all over the world, this is the area we have chosen as it is relaxing, affordable, easy to get to and still gives us wonderful culture. It is perfect for singles, couples or families.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One of our best assets is that we are smack dab on the oceanfront! We love to hear the surf, to watch the happenings along the beach which can include whales & dolphins, local fishermen, pelican diving, frisbee and kite boarding to mention just a few. There is even a woman who walks along the beach daily selling fresh baked muffins. Yum! Casa Fuerte offers an easy walk into Bucerias or a short drive or bus ride into Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta de Mita and other areas. We love that we can walk or bus all over the area. Another wonderful feature, but ohhhh, so good, is we have a juicer and we make fresh squeezed orange juice often.

Our family is from the Chicagoland area and has always loved traveling. We enjoy the water sports, walking along beaches and,of course, the ocean. We have two grown children, one in Grad school to get her Doctor of Physical Therapy and the other just finishing his studies in Aerospace Engineering. Pat,a real estate agent for over 25 years was also a travel agent for over a decade. Dusty is a Civil Engineer who writes Traffic Engineering Software. Pat and the kids have taken Spanish in school and are getting better at it with each visit. Dusty took French in school and is learning quickly. As you can see from many of our photos, we are also die hard Cub fans.
